Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ashkelon

This is an excellent place to stay for a shabat bar mitzva in the neighborhood. We were very pleased with the communication by the hosts.

Awesome place. Clean, well appointed, comfortable family apartment in a glamorous tower nestled atop three malls and right by the train station, with parking and laundry. My whole family was able to stay comfortably, and the central location, train, and parking made it easy to see everyone we wanted to visit. Easy self check in and access to the building, apartment, and parking space.

Eli's place was great! It was clean and beautiful! We would definitely stay in the apartment again. Thank you!

Good location of the apartment,there is a ramp for the disabled in the entrance, there is parking, very beautifully furnished apartment,there is everything that is necessary for living, very clean in the apartment, friendly and benevolent host!

This was quite a find as the apartment was clean, had a washer/dryer, good sunlight, near several parks, walking distance to Dolev and the Mercaz, was on the ground floor and allows for pets! Also, the host was very responsive even though he was traveling!

The apartment worked very well for us! I wish all Rishon AirBnb's were as well stocked as this one! Plenty of Kleenex, towels, dishes, etc. 😊 Nice large refrigerator and freezer, large oven, kum kum and microwave. A small 24/7 makolet (convenience store) a 3 minute walk from apt. as well as several restaurants and coffee shop. Highly recommend a shipudei (restaurant serving freshly grilled skewers of chicken, beef, lamb, etc.) a five minute walk from the apartment. שיפודי עזרא ןבנין. It would be nice to have one other hook to hang a bath towel from as there were two of us in the apartment. Also need a wastebasket in the bathroom. I loved that the main bedroom had a nightstand on each side of the bed with reading light on both! Nice quiet building with good heat and natural light!

Very good experience in the comfortable space, located in a peaceful neighborhood steps from coffeehouses, bars, stores, park and public transportation. For coming with a car, you’ll have several options for 24*7 reasonably priced parking. My great appreciation for the space’s hosts, Moshe and Rachel , for thinking of every small detail to enable extraordinary convenience when far from home. I’ll definitely come back ;) Thank you 🙏

Host was extremely responsive and proactive. Place was great on all accounts. Location great if you are visiting Buchman part of city. Given that Modi’in has no hotels (as of now), it was a great find (just a bit pricey).

Michal is a wonderful host — warm, welcoming, and attentive. We had a fantastic time staying at his place. We're a family of five with three young children, and the space was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Judi was so helpful and accommodating. She responded quickly to any questions and let us know about a fun neighborhood craft fair. There were great children’s toys! My grandchildren loved all the stuff. And there was high coats, baby bath and crib. It was perfect for us! Thank you!!

The hosts were so friendly, communicative and helpful. The house was perfectly suited for our large family group. We would definitely choose this place again!

The landlady was available and pleasant, we arrived for one night and overall we enjoyed what the house has to offer and it suited our needs (fun evening of BBQ and atmosphere with family members). There was a strange tip in relation to previous apartments we were in knowing that the owners of the property live in the house and that some of their things were left in the house but we knew about it in advance so that there are no complaints. I believe that if we had come for more than one night you could have asked to remove some of the things. Overall a stunning villa and the landlady was lovely.

Great modern home, with a wonderful outside area that is a little oasis with a very nice pool and palm trees. Very peaceful location. I will come back.

The pictures matched the description precisely. The host was very responsive and the pool was clean, prepped and kept the kids busy for days.

This cottage is a peaceful oasis in a lovely suburb of Tel Aviv. The grounds are spacious with a garden. The hosts allowed us to pick the oranges and lemons off the trees in the yard. The cottage was a bit smaller than the pictures but very adequate for the 2 of us. Beds and linens were clean and comfy. All the privacy you want but the hosts live on the premise so are available anytime. The area is safe and shops are less than 1 km away for restaurants and a mall. Grocery stores are a bit further away but bodegas are closer. We had a rental car but it would’ve been harder to stay there if using public transport only. We would love to stay there again. Nir was nice and easy to work with.

Yitzhak was an extremely responsive host helping us settle in early on Friday evening and answering a bunch of questions from me on Saturday night. The space is great for a larger family with on master bedroom, a bedroom for kids with two twin beds and a crib, and a rather comfortable couch in the living room.

Gil is a very helpful and good host! We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights and it was sufficient and suitable for that. The apartment is clean and due to the beautiful view of the Merr and the central location, we can recommend it ☺️

Iris is a wonderful host and the apartment is beautifully set up, in a great location, with a delightful view balcony. Compact apartment with a well organized kitchenette and supplies. Iris is a super friendly and responsive host and was able to help guide us in for easier parking, and answer any questions quickly. Amazing location ! - very very close to beach and next door to the Marina and all its restaurants and shops . We highly recommend Iris’ Apartment for your stay in Ashkelon!

I chose this place because it was close to the airport which was convenient. Sveta was helpful and we felt safe and comfortable there.

We used this as a base to visit our new granddaughter - which was literally a 5 mins walk. Right beside Big Shopping centre so very handy for all the shops and restaurants! Very spacious apartment with lovely big balcony! Had a hot plate, shabbos urn if needed too! We haves booked to come again in September when we bring her uncle and great grandma to meet her!!!

Our stay was interrupted in the middle due to a security situation that required us to leave, but the landlord showed exceptional understanding and courtesy. Warm attitude and patience, the property was far beyond expectations. We will definitely recommend and come back again!

We had a fabulous experience with our stay in this apt. It is fully equipped with useful items for the beach and pool, and with supplies for children (baby bath tub, crib, bed rail, hi chair, infant bounce seat). This is a beautifully furnished and clean apt. Sarah and Elad were incredibly responsive and helpful.
