Blue Marlin Shepherds Hut Saham Toney Norfolk

At Wispy Meadows Luxury Holidays we currently have five shepherds huts and one lodge situated around the lake. We are an adult only site and welcome guests aged eighteen and over. Our huts will sleep two adults. Situated in a beautiful and peaceful location you will be able to get away from it all and relax. There is a private under cover hot tub (additional charge) which you may wish to bring extra towels if you wish to use. Free fishing on site please bring your own equipment and bait.

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

Oddfellows barn offers all the comforts of a home and is close to a number of places including Thetford Forest, Swaffham Historic Market Town, Fakenham races and a number of National Trust attractions such as Sandringham to name but a few. Being in central Norfolk, you will also be close to the Norfolk Broads and the amazing Norfolk coastine all less than an hour away.

Set on a private estate in rural Norfolk, the cottage has been recently restored to the highest standards, with underfloor heating and top quality amenities throughout. With wonderful natural light and stunning views, guests are free to explore the grounds, woods and river walks. The cedar wood burning hot tub also offers guests the chance to enjoy incredible stargazing at night before cuddling up by the cosy fire.

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . Also dogs are most welcome Breakfast supplied and Skyq.

West Wing at Mill Farm Barn - Luxury cottage

The West Wing is a private, self-contained cottage, attached to our home in secluded rural Norfolk. It has two bedrooms, one with king sized bed, en suite shower & wc. The second has 2 twin beds which convert to a super-king zip and link bed. There is a separate second shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting/dining room with TV, DVD player and electric wood-burner comfortably seats 4. All one level.

The Woodland Boat at Manor Farm Stays with hot tub

This is a unique experience to stay on a boat on dry land! Set amidst acres of quiet countryside on a working stud farm, The Boat has been lovingly restored to a very high standard equipped with everything you need. The private hot tub is totally secluded and is as far away from anyone else as it gets! The Boat is ideally situated to explore all that Norfolk has to offer. Dogs are more than welcome.
