Holiday rentals with beach access in Ashigarashimo District

it was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. it was about 1 km to the train station and about 800 m to the Lawson.The beds were comfortable. the building itself is nice and well maintained. just a few minutes walk to the beach. the the super Mario game was awesome when the girls loved it.

This is my third visit to Fujisawa.I have a very good impression of everything here. The host of the homestay is very friendly and has provided all the support and information you could imagine.The location is very convenient and the surrounding environment is also very safe. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Very convenient location, very close to some tourist activities and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. The house is very homely and the host is extremely responsive and helpful, definitely a great place to stay!

This house in Zushi is nothing short of amazing. It’s a stunning, luxurious space with breathtaking views—perfect for a summer getaway. The beach is literally less than 100 steps away, and you’ve got great bars and restaurants just around the corner. The home itself has everything you could want: a spacious balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine, a private elevator and stairs leading up to your place, and a design that blends comfort and style effortlessly. The hosts were incredibly kind, respectful, and always helpful. We had zero complaints and felt completely at ease during our stay. We’ll definitely be back. Highly, highly recommended.

It was my first time in Kamakura Japan and I directly found a well located apartment in the city center where you can reach everything like restaurants, convenience stores, the train station and it’s still that quiet. The department was amazing with a great view, and it was exactly like shown on the pictures. Modern and simple. I would book it anytime again.

We had such a wonderful time in Manazuru. Our host was so nice. He took us to the cape with the car. We went to a running sushi together. Thank you again for the delicious dinner at your home and the trip to the firework.

The place accommodates 4-5 people comfortably. The Hakone Tozan Railway station really is right around the corner. Since this line isn't covered by the JR Pass, I chose to walk to Odawara Station (except when I had luggage) which only takes 22 minutes and takes you right by Odawara Castle. I chose this place as a jumping off point to Tokyo and Haneda Airport which works out well since one can catch the shinkansen at Odawara Station.

The place is ideally located, within walking distance to the train station, supermarkets and restaurants, while being in a quiet area. The bus stop to Hakone is literally in front of the house. The house and town have a bit of an old-fashioned style which were quite charming. I was lucky enough to stay in the Japanese style room and slept on the most comfortable futon I had ever experienced! When I arrived Jun-san kindly took the time to sit down with me to give me some advice on my itineraries. She also accompanied me to the train station to sort ticket reservations, and invited me to a lovely izakaya nearby! I was able to rest comfortably and enjoy my stay in Hakone with ease. Would definitely come back!

家族で小田原城と箱根観光の為に滞在させて頂きました。宿泊施設は分かりやすい場所にありました。駐車場の場所は隣接していないのですが近くにあり、分かりやすいように写真での説明を頂き大変助かりました。滞在しやすいように布団等の準備もしてくださり、疲れておりましたので、とても暖かく迎え入れてくださっているように感じました。とても過ごしやすく、家族で滞在した良い思い出の一つとなりました。お世話になりありがとうございました。

6人で宿泊させてもらいました。料理をしてお風呂に入りとても良い休日になりました。

Beautiful house in a quiet and charming small town. Just a few seconds away from the sea / harbor. The rooms on the first floor also have sea view. It was perfect to relax while working, as the apartment had a really good setup to work remotely! Everything you need is a 10 minute walk away (train station, supermarkets and some restaurants). Hosts were super friendly and always available to help, would love to visit again.

小屋干净、温馨，厨房设备齐全，我们几乎每天晚上自己做饭，门口的小花园可以吃饭、聊天、喝咖啡，非常惬意！30秒到海边毫不夸张，清晨可以沿着海边慢跑。到伊豆急行线的宇佐美站、超市、药店、便利店等，都在8分钟步行范围内。房东热情友好，对我这个日文一窍不通，英文只会读写不会听说的人，表现出强大的耐心和亲切。一次暖心的旅居！谢谢！😊

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

Love the location! Right in the middle of a really nice neighborhood with convenience stores and a grocery store within a walkable distance! Would love to stay here again with good weather for a few months on if I could! Maybe someday soon! 🙏🏾

Wir sind dankbar für die Tage in Kamakura .. auch ein längerer Aufenthalt würde sich dort lohnen! Die Treppen sind tatsächlich eine Schwachstelle, aber kann man in Kauf nehmen.

Small home away from home! Very nice apartment in a really lovely neighbourhood. Very walkable to great Cafes, restaurants and surfshops. Clean and pristine apartment with no mould or scum. Loved the separate shower and toilet/basin. Would recommend to others and would stay again!

３世代５人で宿泊しました。スタッフの方々がフレンドリーかつ柔軟、思いやりがあり、でも過剰さがない洗練されたバランスで、高齢の両親も、子どもたちも、初めからとてもリラックスして楽しむことができました。レストラン＆カフェがある１階から階段を上り、２階が２室の宿になっています。部屋は広々とした空間で、シンプルでモダン、寝具やアメニティーは、使い心地と環境への配慮を感じました。部屋から全面ガラスのオーシャンビューが広がり、バルコニーではソファに寝転んで夜風と虫の声、海の音を聞きながら星を眺め、ゆったりと贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。キッチン周りは必要かつ十分に整い、食材や調味料を持ち込んで料理できます。ナイフ類も頼めば借りられるかもしれません。砂浜で夜、朝と静かに散歩ができ、目の前から出る水上バスで、清水の中心市街地もすぐでした。１階のレストランもいい雰囲気で、マリーンスポーツも楽しそうでした。次は利用してみたいと思います。
