No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Unsere moderne,ruhige 2 Zimmer Ferienwohnung mit 70 qm, die sich auf unserem gepflegten Reiterhof befindet, wurde 2024 fertiggestellt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett und großem Kleiderschrank. Im Wohn- und Esszimmer befindet neben einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, eine großzügige Wohnlandschaft und ein gemütlicher Esstisch. Im Bad befindet sich eine begehbare Regendusche. Vor dem Eingangsbereich steht Ihnen eine Sitzgruppe zur Verfügung.

Wir bieten eine komplett sanierte Wohnung mit Bad (Badewanne) an. Die neue Schlafcouch bietet Platz für sogar zwei Personen bei Bedarf. Der Balkon mit Blick auf den schönen Garten bietet eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Unterföhring liegt sehr nah an der Stadt München (20 min mit der S-Bahn zum Marienplatz) und Flughafen (17min mit S-Bahn). Mit zwei Badeseen und viel Natur bietet Unterföhring auch viele Möglichkeiten für eine Auszeit. Eine Küche ist nicht vorhanden.
