Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation in the garden city in Puchenau. The Danube and the Danube beaches are only a few 100 meters away, the car parks almost right outside the front door, but the whole settlement to the Danube is then car-free, so you can walk, cycle, hike as your heart desires. One of Austria's most famous architects (Roland Rainer) designed the garden city - the quality of life here is great.
