Beachfront holiday rental in Åsane

A great house with many possibilities and close to Bergen. We had snow and were able to see the Northern Lights! Host is very friendly and we felt right at home. For us this was the second time and we will definitely be back!

We were allowed to enjoy 1 dream week in Turid's house with our group. The location can't be beat. Private dock with 2 beautiful, fast boats. Best conditions for fish friends. There are many areas for saithe, ling and pollack. We were able to process the fish directly by the sea in the sun at the filleting place. Giant. Turid even called us that Orcas swim in our fjord. We were able to see them very close, 🙏🏻we are just grateful for this time.

On a good summer day, you will have to search for a more idyllic place!

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed this beautiful place. Even though its part of a bigger (beautiful!) house because it is across 2 floors the apartment feels spacious. It's very beautifully decorated and feels cosy and warm. The views across the fjord are incredible and seem to change every time you look out of the window. Aleksander and Johanne were responsive, friendly and helpful. The Thai restaurant opposite is fantastic too. The only thing we missed was a comfy chair or sofa - and slippers for our little girl to wear on the wooden floor whilst she was rushing around at speed (bit slippy/splintery in a couple of places). I'm sure this wouldn't affect adults or older kids though! She LOVED the bath and bathroom! The outdoor deck area is lovely, despite a lot of rain during our stay we made use of it. There's a rowing boat you can borrow and sauna to hire too - we didn't as our daughter a bit young but would be great fun! A great place to stay in a beautiful part of Norway!

Great accommodation with a beautiful view from the terrace directly onto a fjord! Good location to explore Bergen and especially the landscape around it. Simple and fast communication with Benedicte!

Rolf and Lena's cabin is beautiful and nothing is missing. The location is unique! Hosts are very friendly. Lena had left us a coffee, Easter pastries and fresh flowers to welcome us. We had a great week here and even saw aurora lights.

We had a few wonderful days here! The cottage is charming but also the location is beautiful!! No matter the weather, you can enjoy nature from inside and outside and have your peace. Many different seabirds can be observed. The hut also has everything you need. It is very nicely decorated and the hostess was always friendly and accommodating :) All in all, a very successful stay and worth a recommendation. Definitely the highlight of our Norway tour!!

Fabulous host. Good follow-up all the way. House with brilliant views and location. Fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything. We also appreciated the barbecue and the lovely outdoor furniture. As if this wasn't enough, the host had put out snacks and cold drinks for us. Best Airbnb experience I've ever had. Reccommended highly.

It does not have easy access because you have to walk from the parking, but the instructions were very clear with photos of everything. It was so easy to access like this. Everything is clean and complies with everything it advertises. Responds quickly. Beautiful place!

Otherwise is a perfect host who is helpful and very flexible. I was allowed to use the boat and even the Hings (boat as indicated for a fee). Beautiful location for walks and (for me especially) fishing (cod, pollak, Leng, squid, scarf and even a shark).

Our family had a truly wonderful time during our stay. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The property and surroundings offered amazing views and was extremely quiet and peaceful. The property was perfectly located for our family to enjoy the tranquility of the location as well as close enough to the city for activities. Ole Petter was a wonderful host, always responsive to any questions we had and more than happy to provide recommendations to help us enjoy our stay.

We had a really relaxing stay at the cabin with the nicest view :) Marius was very precise and detailed in his descriptions and always open for any questions - in total great communication. An amazing opportunity if you are around Bergen to spend a rainy fall weekend where you just want to read your book while looking out the window seeing a wavy sea and colorful trees around but probably even nicer in the summer when you can dip more often into the water and spend most of the time at the balcony. Veronica’s home was beautiful and more than described. Even with somewhat rainy weather we enjoyed her home fully. Our 5 year old daughter was ready to move in after only one day 😂 with all of the fun both inside and outside the space. The house is beautifully lived in and loved. The views and hosts were top notch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The care and attention to the renovation of this historic house is clear everywhere. Beautifully and comfortably equipped, the interiors are such a joy, we adored this house and would recommend to anyone looking for modern amenities in a characterful historic setting. Comfortable beds, beautiful linens, well stocked kitchen, wonderful views and a scenic location less than an hour outside Bergen and looking out over the quaint harbour, this was a really relaxing cosy location to spend Christmas. Would love to visit in summer too. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous little home on the ocean. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had one fantastic meal at the hotel restaurant. The hot tub was also a great addition. One note, the floor is a bit noisy so keep that in mind if you have small children and don’t want to wake them by walking around. Other than that, we would stay here again. Thank you!

Very nice and well equipped cabin with beautiful views

We have enjoyed ourselves at Herdla the first part of Easter. It was easy to find and we almost drove to the door. The cabin had a large and well equipped kitchen, games and toys for the kids, the trampoline a definite favorite. There was no lack of equipment in the storage room. Our visit was too short for us to check out everything Herdla has to offer, but we had a good trip on the airstrip and a visit to the grocery store. It was a lot of fun. The square Herdla has a lot of history to offer, think that Fritjof Nansen has also wandered around the cabin. We thank you for us and will come back suddenly for more history and fun activities. Small and big had a good time, the dog too!
