Spacious detached house on 2 floors with 3 bedrooms. Plenty of room for a family with children or for friends. Two large, west-facing terraces with barbecue, lounge, dining area, outdoor shower and soccer goal. Large living room with dining room, darts, and 85" TV. Bathroom with sauna, shower and toilet + separate private toilet. 3 bedrooms. 5 min by car to Tusenfryd (15 min by bike), Oslo 20 min by bus and train (Follobanen), short distance to golf courses, short distance to a large ski resort, several great swimming areas nearby, playground only 20 meters from the house.

A fantastic great home located in a quiet area, with a great view. The place is centrally located on Vinterbro within walking distance to shopping center, bus to Oslo and 2 min to highway E6/E18. Tusenfryd is only 5 minutes away. The house is new in 2023 and has all the amenities, such as swimming pool, sauna, 4 bathrooms/WC, large terrace with outdoor grill, TV, wifi as well as all appliances, etc. The house has 6 fixed sleeping places: 1 master bedroom + 4 single bedrooms. If necessary, it is possible to add a camping bed in the TV room.

This special and beautiful place is close to everything, which makes it easy to plan the visit. Right by Pollevann, with jetty and diving rock, 500m to Vinterbro Shopping center/cafe. Express bus to Oslo/Ski/Drøbak, close to Breivoll with great beaches and cafe, Sjøskogen park 400m. Right by Tusenfryd. Peaceful and unique Funkushus from 2022 with terrace and good parking space. Several ball courts, playgrounds and great outdoor areas by the school and 2 kindergartens in the immediate area, if you have children with you.

Amazing home in quiet area, with great views. The house is close to the hiking area, and a short distance to Vinterbro shopping center, Tusenfryd, and 4 minutes to the highway (E6). Walking distance to Årungen and hiking trails. Great patio with large terrace, fireplace and barbecue. Beautiful outdoor living room that connects the living room to the patio. The home is new in 2025 and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay and perfect for families or smaller groups.
