Unique and family-friendly house with a large garden, swimming pool and sauna, and a double garage furnished as a playroom/exercise room. On the ground floor, there is a large combined kitchen and dining room, with the possibility of cooking and hosting dinners for many people. Living room with fireplace and TV. A small toilet. And a walk-in wardrobe. On the 2nd floor, there are 4 bedrooms in addition to the master bedroom. TV lounge with stairs up to a play loft for children. The bathrooms are large and there is also a bathtub in one of the bathrooms.

A fantastic great home located in a quiet area, with a great view. The place is centrally located on Vinterbro within walking distance to shopping center, bus to Oslo and 2 min to highway E6/E18. Tusenfryd is only 5 minutes away. The house is new in 2023 and has all the amenities, such as swimming pool, sauna, 4 bathrooms/WC, large terrace with outdoor grill, TV, wifi as well as all appliances, etc. The house has 6 fixed sleeping places: 1 master bedroom + 4 single bedrooms. If necessary, it is possible to add a camping bed in the TV room.

We rent our home during the summer months. Quiet surroundings with lots of outdoor areas. Two playgrounds, a soccer field, and hiking areas right outside. Plenty of parking and an EV charging station (for an additional fee). Two kilometers to Ski station (bus stop 5 minutes away), where the Follobanen train takes you to Oslo in 12 minutes.
