Villa holiday rentals in Arugam Bay

Wir waren eine Woche zum Surfen in Arugam Bay und hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Gute Grundaustattung auch wenn man diese in der Küche etwas verbessern könnte (Mehr Teller, neuer Spülschwamm, mehr Geschirr). Schönes Feeling mit Terasse in Strandrichtung. Paradiesische Lage vllt etwas abgelegen. Ca. 30 min zu Fuß zur Innensstadt/20 min bis zum Main Point über den Strand. Man braucht eigentlich täglich ein Tuk Tuk um herumzukommen. Man muss wissen, dass ein paar Hunde auf dem Grundstück sind. Das ist aber für Sri Lanka normal. Die Hunde waren bei uns sehr zahm und anständig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war gut erreichbar und hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen und diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen!

Grande propriété dans la nature au bord de la plage (très belle). Jardin arboré avec une grande piscine. Climatisation dans les chambres mais pas dans les espaces de vie (ventilateur). Gardien très gentil. Il y a un chenil avec deux chiennes adorables. Douches top. Pas de cuisinier mais un supermarché à quelques kilomètres ainsi que des spots de surf. Seul bémol l'odeur de l'enclos des vaches à côté du chenil peut-être désagréable a certains moments de la journée.

Totally worth it, it is in a very quiet locality and the place has got everything you need to chill n relax. Ali and Danilo were always there whenever we needed suggestions or any other help and on the top of everything it's just 2 mins away from the beach. If we come arugambay again for sure we are going to stay here again.

Hello! We are really happy to stay here in this beautiful paradise. Our host, Cassim is so loving and committed. He tries to do everything to make our stay as nice as possible. He wants us to be happy and feel well. This accommodation is really perfectly located. You are near to the town but still it is very peaceful here. Moreover you just have an one minute walk to get to the (private) beach, at least it feels like this because in the off season there are just very few people but most of the time you are alone on this beautiful beach at the ocean! So you can do a lot of stuff around this place. Besides here is a big garden, in which you can perfectly relax, make a little fire, do some workouts and more. The Wi-Fi connection is not the best, but Cassim tries to change that. The accommodation is fully equiped. Here is all you need. Otherwise you just have to ask him. He is new on Airbnb, so be patient ;) He tries his best! Thank you for this great stay! 😊 We will come back!🌞

Wir waren vorallem von dem Außenbereich positiv überrascht, dieser sah noch schöner aus als auf den Fotos und war sehr gepflegt. Besonders genossen haben wir den Pool und die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner ici. Nos hôtes ont été d'une grande gentillesse, et très chaleureux. Nous cherchions un endroit où séjourner, et nous avons trouvé un endroit où vivre pleinement notre aventure. Ce logement est clairement une pépite, et les hôtes qui le font vivre, sont le coeur de ce lieu magique. Merci pour tout. Le meilleur de mes nombreux séjours sur AirBnb.

we absolutely loved the place a day our host Fairoos. the villa is jus outside the main hustle and bustle but a 5 minute walk in to it. we used it to work remotely and the WiFI was perfect, even during an occasional power outage which does happen now and then in sri lanka. Fairoos was an amazing host, always making sure we were comfortable and always available when we needed him. we highly recommend the place and we would love to come back !
