It consists of: - On the ground floor: garage, access to small patio (12 m2) - On the 1st floor: living area (living room, dining room) with open integrated kitchen, shower room, toilet - On the 2nd floor: mezzanine converted into a sleeping area/office area. Roof windows (electric with shutters) provide natural lighting for living spaces.

Behind the hill, Lake Bairon will be at your disposal: beach, fishing, hiking trails, on-site catering.
