Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Arroyo

Where do i start? Comunication with Juan was excelent. Check in was fast and simple, Awsome location. You can walk to the beach, to the restaurant, to the malecón. The malecón have a few locals spot to dance, kareoke etc. I loved Juan property, just perfect to relax, comfortable, very nice and crean. I recomend it 200%. Lo recomiendo 200%. Nos agradó los alrededores, el poder caminar al malecón, estar frente a la playa. La propiedad de Juan es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Ansiosos por volver.

Beautiful hidden gem. Cabin was equipped with everything we needed. Stocked kitchen, clean bedrooms, washer/dry, extra supplies. Fun and relaxing time throughout the property: hot tub, kayak and fishing, beautiful landscape for photos, pool table, and board games. We caught several fish for meals. Be careful not to travel at night and in a small car. The roads are narrow, winding and dark. We would have liked more security for access doors to feel safer at night. We would definitely recommend others who like more adventurous stay.

We loved our stay at Casa Gina! So beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Javier was super quick responding, helpful, detailed & clear instructions and made everything run smoothly for us. We had no issues and everything in the home was spotless clean and smelt sooo good. I felt safe and secure during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here & would love to book again in the future.

It was exactly what I needed to unplug and recharge 💞 amazing views (rain or shine). Absolutely beautiful. Peaceful. Private. Had everything we needed to not need to leave the house during our stay. Pictures are absolutely accurate but even then, don’t do the place justice. 1000000/10.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is as seen in the pictures. Clean with modern decor. It was just me and my husband so we were extremely comfortable both in and outside the home. We always felt safe. The beautiful landscape, trees, and vines were lovely to admire as we sat in the outside covered area and enjoyed looking at the beach. You do hear the music from cars passing occasionally (mostly on the weekend), but that didn't bother us. I only mention bc I know that may be important for some. We know it's the culture and part of the PR experience. If you are looking to fish, the beach is very shallow for about 1000 feet. You have to go way out to cast a line and get into the deeper waters. There is also a lot of coral reefs out in the deeper area, so beware of snags. It may be a good area to snorkel though. Despite the challenges, we did catch a nice 16 inch yellow tail snapper. That was fun! Would definitely rent again and recommend to others.

We stayed in Sea View at Casa Wurster. I cannot begin to say enough good things about this rental. It was just spectacular! We had everything we needed - a well stocked kitchen & amenities, coolers, beach toys, paddles and balls for ping pong and pickleball, floats for the pool, bean bags! They thought of everything. Hector was super responsive to anything we needed help with although we should have had him order pizza for us lol. Neither place spoke much English and we got hung up on, lol. Russ was so fun to interact with and he has so much pride in the property - as he should! The grounds are meticulously kept and the views are simply stunning. While we did some traveling around to see the sites, we honestly could have just stayed at the house and had an amazing time. We played pickleball every day, we used the pool every day and hit up the beach across the street to cool off. Needless to say, we cannot WAIT to come back and stay again at Casa Wurster! Loved it!!!

My family felt very Cousy at the house and enjoyed the nice breeze at the patio. The location was perfect to us.

We stayed here as a family of 4 and will absolutely plan to return! The walled garden is an obvious labor of love and a living work of art (and the kids were sooo happy to have the pool :) ). For us it was ideal to be right down the street from an epically beautiful patch of preserved land. Already missing that place! Liamm & Pete were welcoming and helpful and even gave us a sweet recommendation for our last day in PR after we checked out. Like I said, will happily return to this sweet home.

Yesenia‘s place was very lovely. Everything was clean and had comfortable bed. We had a small hiccup with a showerhead, but Yesenia was right on it and sent a person to replace it the very next day. Brownie points for Yesenia! Great host!

Our stay at Javier’s place was nothing short of amazing. My family throughly enjoyed our sty and with each day it felt like home. The place had everything you needed and more. The apt was better than we could’ve imagined. It was spacious, clean, stocked and comfortable. We loved just hanging out on the private balcony and creating memories. During our stay their was a massive power outage throughout the island and Javier made sure to check in with us and even offered other accommodations. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone. You won’t be disappointed. Gracias, Javier! Familia Rodriguez— CT

5 stars! I had a great stay at indedito. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near [shops/restaurants/attractions]. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The condo was just as described. With a closet containing a small cooler, packable chairs and games/turtle books for kids to play/read. A very nice place to set out with a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise before heading to one of the many beautiful beaches. The power went out during our stay and Heather was very committed to making sure we were ok and had everything we needed.

Peaceful private area definitely something you can enjoy !

Marisa’s spot is exactly what we needed for One night in Guayama. Everything in the space was updated nicely and it’s a short walk to all the plaza and El Gallo Pinto. Guayama doesn’t have many options, so this is the perfect addition. The block itself looks a bit desolate, but it is totally safe, and I can imagine lots of businesses popping back up in Guayama in a few years. What a gem! And El Gallo Pinto is absolutely worth the visit.

This was the 3rd time we stayed at Juana Mari's airbnb. Can we say more?

Our stay at this condo was fantastic. It was in the middle of town and easy to maneuver to get around to bakeries, restaurants and even pharmacies are near the property. We would definitely stay here again when back in Puerto Rico. The host is very friendly and cares about the well being of the guests. She is personable and very welcoming. We felt safe and welcomed. Definitely would recommend.

This was the perfect spot for a family vacation! The pool was clean and just steps away, and the beautiful beach was only a five-minute walk .We really enjoyed our stay—Penelope was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout.Hope we’ll be able to come back very soon 🙂
