Holiday rentals with a patio in Parres

Very happy with the accommodation, it is in a quiet area, you can park easily, supermarket next door and it has a bus stop very close, the apartment was very clean and the owners left us snacks, food and drinks and a gift for the kids, as I said, but very happy with this accommodation

Immaculate apartment, very comfortable, in the historic center of Avilés and close to the train and bus station. This is the second time we have stayed in Noelia's apartment and we have been very comfortable. Noelia is very attentive and quick to respond to any questions.

The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

The apartment was just as it appeared on the listing. Very welcoming, clean and with everything you need to not have to bring anything from home. The contact with Daniel was perfect and very kindly attended to recommendations that we requested during the stay. We'll be back!!!

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

David is an excellent host. We were arriving later than the agreed time and not only did not pose problems but offered us all the facilities in the world. At the check-out, since I did not have any pending entrance, we were offered to check out at the time we would like . I was always attentive and answered the messages very prompt. She advised us places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is great too. I recommend it!

Pleasant stay, good location both to go to the supermarket (several nearby) and to have dinner or eat, or have a cider without taking the car. Carlos is very friendly and is there for any questions and responds immediately!

Unbeatable location, in the middle of the mountain where only the birds and the cows are heard. The apartment is very comfortable, very clean and tidy, spacious despite being for two. It has a rear area with a large garden and snacks. The cider detail was delightful, we really enjoyed it. I definitely recommend it if you are looking to disconnect and relax but at the same time be close to the main villages. Pd: buy bottled water before arriving.

Wonderful house in a charming village surrounded by nature. It has stunning views and the house is very well equipped. Very well located for excursions.

Perfect accommodation, I accompany Claudia at all times. The house was spotless, highlighting the cleanliness and that everything was practically new. The environment is beautiful very close to Potes for lunch and dinner well. My family and I have felt at home. Recommended 200%. We'll be back for sure

We really enjoyed our stay at this little house. It is the back of a country house, fully equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated. Located in a privileged natural setting, they have taken advantage of their surroundings to enjoy the surrounding nature with a spectacular winter garden. The hosts were very nice, attentive and made every effort to make our visit as satisfactory as possible. Very close to Gijón and with good road connections. We've practically just left and we already want to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Ethel's home. From the first moment she was lovely, she welcomed us with a smile and gave us a tour of her estate explaining everything with great affection. The house is very comfortable, it is tastefully decorated and has everything you need to enjoy and rest. The best: the spectacular views of nature, with the river right at the front, a true paradise to disconnect. We would repeat without hesitation. Thank you for everything Ethel!

Dear Lisa, dear Nick! Thank you for allowing us such a pleasant stay! The apartment was exactly as described - we felt comfortable from the first moment. Everything was super clean, in the kitchen everything you needed was there. For the coffee drinkers: there is a bialetti and a bodum. Toaster, kettle and microwave are also there. If you have any questions or concerns, both were always there immediately. The house is high up on the mountain, the road there is narrow, steep and curvy - but everything is paved and easily doable. The view is mega- and there is absolute tranquility for total relaxation. As soon as the planned extension to the spa area is ready - we'll be happy to come back 😉 A note for families: the children's room is downstairs next to the entrance, the parent bed (by the way very comfortable) is upstairs (the rooms are all open, duplex). So we give a clear recommendation❣️

We loved our stay at this home. It is close enough to Gijón to make excursions comfortably and go shopping, but secluded enough to enjoy a lot of tranquility and privacy. The house is situated on a hillside with beautiful views: waking up to sunrise and having breakfast in the sun has been a luxury. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The BBQ was a plus, and the cows who come to say hello from time to time give a very special touch to the experience. Julia was a great host - she gave us a lot of helpful recommendations and when the toaster broke, she brought a new one to the moment. Communication with her was quick and easy at all times. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. We loved the house as well as the setting and the host. An ideal place to rest and connect. 3 min away from Cangas by car. He also recommended places to visit and eat. Highly recommended!

We had a very comfortable stay. Marta and Cipri have been very attentive@s. The accommodation has all the amenities that may be needed, cerce of recommended sites to visit. We would repeat!

Quality accommodation within walking distance of the town of San Vicente de la Barquera. This two-floor flat is well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. The garage space is useful but most days we were able to park in the street right outside the flat. Good to have a swimming pool too, though the beaches nearby (San Vicente, Oyambre, Comillas ...) are so good, we didn't make use of it. Highly recommended for a holiday in this area.

Cesar's apartment is modern and well-equipped, and within easy walking distance (15-20 min) of Llanes town centre. In addition, there is a useful supermarket (Amerkal) and a cafe/bar close by. The wi-fi connectivity was great, ideal for internet TV, whilst the garage parking is a must have, especially during summer, as the street spaces are soon taken. Cesar himself was an excellent host, helpful and considerate, and with a good local knowledge of venues and events. Thoroughly recommended.

The Casona del Pantano is highly recommended. It is very clean, has everything you need, with very comfortable beds, the garden is very nice with a barbecue and outdoor tables. Iris is always attentive to your comfort and needs. It is very centrally located to enjoy Asturias, which as always never disappoints
