Good & beautiful place one of the best to stay in north goa.

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

The Condo was beautifully designed and was homely enough to stay with my family. The help was available during the day and would assist with household chores. Anuradha was responsive and ensured we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the place!

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Beautiful place to stay when you want a place close to city , yet peaceful and private with a lush green view. Truly loved the experience. Shital the property manager was so helpful in all aspects , whether it was a late checkout request or any recommendations. Always kept in touch and made sure our stay was perfect and hassle free. Highly recommend this place.

Harmeeta's place in Goa was an absolute gem for our short annual family vacation! It was super cozy and perfectly suited for our family of three. We had an amazing time at this property. Caretakers Manoj & Pramod were always at our service whenever we needed them. The property itself is beautiful & definitely one where you’d want to come back. We spent a lot of time at the villa, which tells you how much at home we felt here. Kudos to everyone involved. Loved it!

The villa was serene. It really looked exactly like the photos and nothing was out of place. The best part about it was that everything was very professionally managed and they reach out to the guests ahead of arrival, ensuring things are smooth. The staff are friendly, courteous and professional and take safety very seriously. The rooms were grand and felt like a hotel room and though it was an AirBnb, it felt like a serviced home. They even threw in breakfast on the house on our last day. Overall - the experience was fabulous. Perfect for a group of 6-7.

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Thank you Sumer for a great stay! The duplex apartment was spotless and some thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed.
