Terri’s home is absolutely wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, especially the stunning ocean views from the front verandah and lovely spacious living room. This is a very large space, in pristine condition, and amazing, comfortable beds. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks again ☺️

We had a lovely time celebrating two of our birthday’s with some friends. It was great that the place could accommodate all of us, and the unobstructed ocean views were a hit. Would love to book again, and can definitely recommend :)

We had a fantastic night at Suzette's place on our way down the Garden Route. Unfortunately electricity in the area was down due a bush fire the previous day. Suzette proactively communicated with us ahead of time and even offered us a cancellation which we declined. Just as well because the house is well set-up and was perfect even without electricity. Her husband arranged an inverter which was sufficient to provide power to light the gas heaters which meant we had warm showers both the evening and the morning and more than enough energy to charge everyone's phones as well. There is more than enough to do in the area and Struisbaai really deserves more than a passing visit. Thanks Suzette

Cape Creek Cottage is a lovely family holiday home. There is ample space for two families, with multiple living areas and facilities. Top of our list were the outdoor braai area, indoor living room, kitchen and the games room & loft. The kitchen is well equipped (and knives are sharp- which I appreciated!). The beds were super comfortable. The beach is an easy stroll from the house. A long walk at low tide is highly recommended. Struisbaai has everything you need- charming harbour eatery, supermarkets, good coffee and more. If we’re back in the area we will book again! Thanks Ben & Charlotte

It was such a pleasure to stay at Anneline's place. The view from the living room and deck is simply stunning and we sincerely enjoyed watching the sunset over drinks from there. The area is wonderfully peaceful and you can reach a gorgeous rocky beach within 2 minutes walk. The beds were really comfortable and I felt like I was on holiday from the moment I stepped through the door. Dogs will be comfortable (there is an off-street grass patch within view of the deck), but should be supervised as the property is open to the street. Anneline does note to be careful with the folding glass door and to make sure it is safely secured, due to the strong winds which are common in the area and we found this to be essential as a sudden gusts may move it when you are not expecting it. However, Anneline does have excellent door-stoppers on hand for that. A final note is that the WiFi password is absolutely case-sensitive, so make sure to read Anneline's message carefully before trying to connect

We really enjoyed our one-night-stay at Warren's airbnb, it was even more charming in real-life. The perfect getaway spot where you can relax, regenerate and enjoy an historic home with a wonderful garden and a stunning history. Only 25 min away from Kap Agulhas. Warren is a wonderful, super friendly and proactive host. All the best!

I will definitely suggest the house to family, friends, & colleagues if they are in the area! The place was exactly as described (even better!) and the check in / out process made sure our whole time was stress free. 5 stars!

We fell in love with the village of Stanford and the soul restoring River Home. This beautiful house is right on the river's edge and is a real treat (and retreat) to stay in. Just the place to surrender to nature, listen to the birdsong, rest and restore. We loved walking along the delightful river path. A short walk into the centre of town will bring you to several delightful restaurants. We ate at three of them (for lunch at Madré we enjoyed a really good pork belly with crispy skin and vegetables, at La Trattoria we had a feast of authentic Italian food and Agteros has a menu full of delightful South African dishes done with a modern twist). We also brownsed in some delightful homewear and gift shops. If you prefer eating at home, the kitchen at River House has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. It is spotless, has a great gas hob and electric oven and a dishwasher for cleaning up after.

Ive stayed at a quite a few places with the Family over the years however this one met our expectations above and beyond. From the moment I booked Malani provided me with the list of instructions for the house along with helpful tips, she responded almost immediately. We were welcomed by the friendly Casper and his wife with open arms. Would highly recommend this place for a group or Family looking to get away from the hustle and bustle.

we had such a fantastic Christmas at Lizelles place. what a great home and a fabulous holiday. Wonderful braai area and so close to the beach. so worth it. its a must stay in Struisbaai

We had a lovely time staying at the house. A large spacious home with all the amenities one would hope for. Close walk to the ocean in a very quiet neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this stay as good value for money.

Bianca and Rob were incredibly gracious hosts during our long weekend. From the start of our booking, Bianca offered to book dinner reservations, wine tastings, and local hikes, all to make our stay memorable. Our biggest regret is we took her dinner recommendation: after our first meal with her we knew we should have eaten every meal at the studio. Bianca is a fantastic cook and everything was incredibly fresh (we watched Rob forage the fruit and vegetables from their amazing garden!) Rob and Bianca designed and built the entire space themselves and we loved hearing Rob’s story of building it from the ground up. The space was a labor of love and it was comfortable and beautiful down to every thoughtful detail, with the perfect amount of seclusion to unwind. I’ve stayed at so many home stays all over the world and I’ve never felt so welcome and at home with such genuine people. Wonderful stay. Even more wonderful people. Counting down till we can come back again.

What a lovely cottage style home .. was perfect for our group and we loved that each room has its own private bathroom.. if your going to cape agulhus it’s the ideal choice… Kerry was so accommodating and even allowed us use of the fishing rods

I had the most incredible stay! Sybille went out of her way to accommodate me. The Studio cottage was a dream. Sitting on the porch was so beautiful and peace3ful and the walks with my dogs were outstanding. I just fell in love with the place. I will definitely be back. Thank you Sybille.

Property was close to the harbour. The Harbour restaurant’s food was very good. Braai area was comfortable and easy. 3 weeks went past so quick. House had everything you needed. One thing I can criticize, there was no cleaning services. We had to do everything. Otherwise, awesome holiday.

We had a great weekend with the family! Such a lovely house for a group of friends or family. Well equiped and great location. The enclosed yard is ideal for kids. The indoor fireplace and big table is everyone's favourite spot!
