The horses and sheep come every now and then to see what you are doing, but that will not disturb your privacy. The house is on the outskirts of Kortgene in a beautiful green park close to the Veerse Meer. The car can be parked for free 50 meters from the cottage. Kortgene is a nice picturesque village with many amenities and nice eateries. The Veerse Meer is 5 minutes by bike, and the beach is 15 minutes by car.

Within walking distance of the home you will find the beautiful Lake Veere. This offers numerous recreational opportunities, such as swimming, boating and water sports. In addition, the house is located near the charming village of Kamperland. This cozy farmhouse, Hof Mettenije, is located on the outskirts of a village on a quiet dike. In the middle of the fields, in peace and yet close to the sea with beautiful large sandy beaches (2.5 km). The house (about 200 m2) is suitable for large families (10 people). Optionally and if available, the adjacent guesthouse can be rented (2-4p). The house has all the comforts and is completely energy neutral.
