Calm and cosy suite offers the perfect starting point for hiking, mountaineering or cycling. The apartment is located on the second floor and is the largest of the four apartments in the house, with near identical square footage. The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

With us you live in a separate, modernly furnished apartment with its own terrace, which faces east and is perfect for breakfast. The apartment consists of an anteroom, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It is equipped with all the necessary things to provide you with a pleasant stay. We are also happy to provide you with bicycles! Municipal taxes of €2.70 per night are charged per guest. Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
