Small but perfect location

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment! Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the host, who took the time to show me around. The apartment is impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, close to shops and public transport, which makes it easy to get around. The bedding is comfortable and I slept very well. The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed me to prepare a few meals without any worries. I highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I won't hesitate to come back on my next visit!

Super cute little studio, nice, a little clean and cute cocoon!

It was really handy to stay here and catch up on my laundry. It’s next to a bar, so on weekends expect a little bit of locals having fun. The house is clean and tidy, and nicely finished.

Good value for money/price. Ideal for a stopover

Nicholas’s studio apartment is in fabulous situation for exploring the delightful town of Brive. The apartment is clean, attractive and well maintained. Good shower too. Nicholas responds well to any messages. We didn’t meet Nicholas however his check i details were easy to follow., The added bonus of a rather large terrace/ balcony was lovely. Bear in mind there are 50 steps from the ground floor to the apartment so if you struggle with stairs it’s no for you. We didn’t have a problem with it. Lots of lovely places to eat and fabulous wine bars. Particularly liked the Halle across the road for breakfast and the Saturday morning market. We can highly recommend

It took me a minute to find out how to get the keys, but as soon as I wrote La Conciergerie, I got very clear and helpful instructions. The rest of our stay was super smooth, would definitely stay there again if I go to Brive.

A well-equipped house. Quiet. We had a great weekend with friends. The plus was the spa that was still available for an All Saints' weekend. And also the proximity of many sites all around us. Our host was great.

We had a great time at Fabrice's house. On site for a weekend, we found the house great and the outdoor space very nice. Well equipped everything is done to feel good. Impeccable cleanliness. If we were to give a negative point it would only be the absence of a second bathroom/toilet. Thank you for everything we will come back without hesitation

Sophie and Dominique are very responsive and very pleasant. We also enjoyed the service with clean rooms, beds made, no complaints about the cleaning. The grounds are also very well maintained. Many activities in the house, swimming pool, walk in the forest, petanque court and the little extra is the golf course. We had a pleasant time in the house with a quiet and very relaxing environment. We recommend this listing.

Welcoming and super responsive host, accommodation perfectly matches descriptions and photos, I recommend it without so much as a second thought. The place is very peaceful, we spent a little less than a week with my wife and our two children in a little paradise, super well-equipped accommodation, a large well-secured swimming pool, ideal villa for couples alone or with children. In short, I recommend it!! Have a good day.

Really lovely bedrooms, would recommend

The house was very spacious,well equipped and very well insulated acoustically. The outdoor space is very spacious, 3000 sqm with grass! The kitchen office is very large and with everything needed for cooking and cleaning. The rooms are separated from the dining space through a very useful door! Alexandre's attention was excellent! He is a great host , very attentive to us and our needs!

We had a great time, the accommodation is as advertised, the cleanliness was impeccable and Olivier was friendly and very responsive to the questions asked. The house is very quiet and the terrace and games provided gave a holiday look to this short stay. Ideally located, in a pretty village with all amenities, this accommodation allows you to discover the wonders of the Lot and its surroundings. We only want to come back!

Spacious and quiet apartment in the city center of Montignac (close to all Lascaux shops and caves) Francois is friendly and available.

The place is beautiful! Even more than the pictures show. The pool was such a hit - specially on those 38* days. The grounds of the property are very well maintained. Delphine was very responsive and went out of her way to help me when I lost my wallet. Thank you for letting us use your place, it sure is a memory the kids won’t forget about :-)

Nice accommodation, great location for visiting Brive. Air conditioning was a plus as it was very hot outside. We will definitely come back.

We thank Lucien, warm and very responsive host. Her place was spotless and conveniently located. Traffic is, however, quite important which causes a little noise in the evening but in general, everything was perfect and in line with the description.
