Great stay with everything you need!

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

The stay was very nice overall. Communication was mainly through the hostess's son, who speaks English very well and gave us helpful tips on activities and restaurants in the area. The complex is very well maintained, the pool is large and clean, and the view was very nice. For the host, it was okay that friends also visited us at the pool. A note for dog owners: Our uncastrated male and the free-running female on the property were difficult to separate from each other, which led to some effort. However, a solution was found after consultation with the host.

From the very beginning, Mario made us feel like we were coming to visit him. He is perhaps the best host we have ever had. The kitchen and fridge were so well stocked that we were able to spend the first day and have snacks and wine and food and not have to look for anything. If you can find a week open for this property, you should book it. Thank you, Maria for making us stay so pleasant.

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

We loved it at Casa Alma. Barbara is a friendly and warm hostess. The house is small but nice. Everything you need is there and we felt comfortable right away. The large terrace is fantastic. The direct access to the beach is awesome. Especially with children, the proximity to the beach is a great advantage. Everything else you need (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, butcher, ice cream parlour, etc.) is also within walking distance.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

What an amazing, amazing stay. The location, next to a gorgeous beach and just 10 min from Villasimius, is perfect. Great swimming pool and soccer pitch for the kids. Andrea is a perfect host -- always available, never intrusive -- and the home itself is gigantic, well appointed, and very, very unique and charming. Thank you, Andrea!! We will be back!!

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

Beautiful house steps away from the beach. All the comforts you need and a spacious, well-equipped home. Easy to park the car in front of the house gate. We went there in December so there was no neighbor, we were able to enjoy the terrace and its peaceful and well-maintained environment.

Our holiday in Elmira's house was very nice! The accommodation was very clean and the view from the terrace was beautiful. Communication with Enrico worked smoothly, Enrico was very nice, always available and responded very quickly. The beach Sa Ruxi is within walking distance in less than 10 minutes and Villasimius is also a few minutes away by car. The accommodation looks bigger in the photos, which did not bother us. I'm sure we'll be back!

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

Beautiful house, very clean. Very well equipped. You definitely need a car to get to the beautiful beaches. 20 min to Cagliari. Near a grocery store. Perfect location to relax

We spent our 1 week family vacation here and it was just amazing! A house is spacious enough even for 2-3 families together. It was clean and well-equipped with everything that's needed. Maria-Elena was a great host, helped us promptly in the process of preparations and even during our stay. The location is lovely, a calm and quiet village. The most beautiful beach is accesible in just a few minutes of walking, thus a perfect chioce even with small kids. Our absolute favourite was the huge veranda with breathtaking view. Just the perfect spot for big-family dinners. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a calm and private vacation with a group or bigger family. Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Loredana’s apartment. Everything was perfect: the apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos, a true little haven of peace. But what really made the difference was Loredana herself. Lovely, incredibly thoughtful, always available, and attentive to make sure everything was going well. Thank you again for your kindness and presence, Loredana ! I would happily come back and highly recommend staying here!

From check in to check out Silvia was an incredible host! She was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to dine at. Our stay was perfect - we were close to the beach and other walkable activities, the house was impeccably clean, relaxing, and spacious. We are so thankful to have stayed here, it was exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip - a place to relax and feel right at home while we soaked up the sun and took in the beautiful surroundings! I highly recommend staying at Silvia's place! If we are lucky enough to return to Sardinia in the future, we hope we are able to stay here again! Grazie mille, Silvia! :)

Excellent stay; the place is fabulous with this direct access to the sea and the rocks that meant there was no one there while the surrounding beaches were very crowded. The terrace is extra and the apartment is very well equipped with all the appliances and lots of details and attention and all the basic products are there. Kayaks and other masks, fins, beach games; deckchairs etc. were also very popular! Orazio was extremely friendly even before our arrival and even agreed to receive large packages for us that arrived a week before our stay. He also gave us recommendations for places to visit or events. In short, it was perfect and we hope to return one day.
