Great location, a little away from the main square so quiet for sleeping but close enough to walk to everything. Andrea very responsive host. Frascati is beautiful and we would visit again.

Very good location, close to the train station for an easy trip to Rome and also walking distance to the town center with a supermarket opposite and tavola calda downstairs. Second floor with some stairs. Flat is smallish but very functional, comfy bed, large closets so you can put your things away, reliable internet in case you need to work, washing machine with racks for drying as well as balcony drying space.

We stayed here for 6 nights. We particularly liked the roof terrace and privacy. Communication was flawless. The commute to Rome was easy and so we had our peace from the noisy city in the evening. We had a great time. You can tell that Roberto is with a lot of heart. We can only recommend it.
