Very nice apartment, and quite big and very well equipped, and a great location. Loved it. Arras is a nice city.

Excellent stay. Fabienne is super friendly and clear in her instructions. Very good apartment for 3 people, quite equipped and with many parking spots in front. The location is very good, right in the center of Saint Omer. I highly recommend it.

Great stay for one night! The church is a short walk away and is stunning. Windows open for wind and also have roll down blinds to block out sun. Parking right outside or around back.

Small, well appointed accommodation, the neighborhood is very quiet and easy street parking. The bedding is extremely good. However, be careful for people with difficulties because the stairs to get to the accommodation are small and quite steep.

A very good stay of a full month in Monelle's home. This one is very close to the train station which is convenient. The apartment is well arranged in a small secure residence, and well equipped: a good TV, a real sleeping area and not a sofa bed which is a real plus and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils. No range hood (but there would be no room to put one) so it's better to ventilate while cooking, but it's a minor detail. As a bonus, a washer and dryer are available in the common areas, just don't step on them between neighbors. Monelle is easy to reach and accommodating, very good communication, I recommend it without hesitation.:)

Excellent stay of 2 nights. Everything was compliant. Very good communication, the instructions were very clear. The 2 apartments were very nice, clean and quiet. Downtown Lens is within walking distance, parking nearby and street parking is also available. We'll be back at Caroline's place for our next stay here. I would highly recommend.

Pleasant stay, the apartment was clean and tidy, the estimated mileage between the train station and the Airbnb is correct as well as the city center.

A lovely flat and roof terrace above a busy and vibrant street. The flat, surroundings, and wider city all felt very safe and relaxed. It was in an excellent location to lots of quiet places for respite, as well as busier bars, restaurants, a carnival, and the centre of town; almost everything was a maximum 15 minute walk away, which was excellent. The flat was very clean and comfortable, and the bedding and furnishings provided a welcome break after travelling and going out. Very easy to find and get around. Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your place. Its location is ideal and makes it possible to do a number of activities or restaurants on foot. But the plus of this apartment is the sauna area and the jacuzzi 🤩 a pure moment of relaxation! Very nice apartment on 2 floors, small touches upon arrival (chips and water). However, it is a shame that the table is not slightly larger and is not practical (the breakfast must have been placed on the sink behind for example). Also missing some practical utensils (a pair of scissors a knife that cuts well, 2 spreaders). The bed is comfortable, however very noisy street provide Quies balls for a peaceful night after long frolics! Good value for the money thanks to the balneo bathtub.
