The house is spectacular, very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Luciano was very attentive and kind. We had a problem with the hot water, but they showed a very good willingness to solve it. We would definitely come back.

We loved this beautiful house and its surroundings. Such a peaceful location! The house is very big and comfortable, the pool was great, the barbecue area was extremely nice, the rooms are very comfortable. We loved everything! We also really liked the host and how responsive, helpful and proactive she was. She really made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay there. She also recommended us a great cook/cleaner lady that made our stay even more relaxing and wonderful. We highly recommend this house and Mariaclara as your host for your next stay in Buzios.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb I loved the pool area and all of the great places to sit and socialize and make memories! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were all well located and had a nice private feel. I highly recommend this beautiful properly it was unforgettable!

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.

Saravá is an incredible house, very comfortable, with large spaces, an incredible view and a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach of Geriba. Edna's hospitality and meals make your stay a complete experience.

The stay was really amazing and the expectations were already very high. The house manages to be even better in person, the view is to take the breath away, the whole house is very wide, spacious, well-equipped, well-lit and well decorated, with incredible views in almost every room, in addition to easy access to the beach. Every part of the service is also very good and agile, communication flows super well throughout the process, and Saiuri, employee of the house is a love, keeps everything tidy and prepares meals as previously agreed, all very tasty. The experience was wonderful, as constructive feedback I leave only two points: The wi-fi of the house is very weak and limited, it does not take all the house, which ends up being bad for those who need to work, for example. The fees charged to part (as stated in the listing) make the process very tiring, it would be more practical to have the maintenance/light and water service included in the stadia.

Great place for a family vacation!! The house is beautiful and the views are unmatched!!! The beach is peaceful and somewhat secluded. The only thing to note is that it can be a little dangerous with children, but we had a 1 year old, 4 year old, and 7 year old and everything went smoothly! Just be aware they will need some constant vigilance. Other than that, everything was amazing and we would definitely come back again!!

Denise and Roberto are great hosts. Home as a listing. Very well located, clean and spacious. One of the best we ever stayed. The townhouse served very well, and there was plenty of room left, for 8 adults, 2 children and a pet. Flexible, proactive hosts, quick replies, and clear instructions. We will return more often. The stay at Phil's house was excellent! Starting with the location in a quiet area with a spectacular beach a doorman away listening to the noise of the waves, the pool, the games for the children and adults, the bathrooms practically that in every bedroom, the friendliness of Luana and Patricia in the administration of cleaning and cooking, added to Phil's prompt willingness to help us with anything, made our experience fabulous. It was an incredible vacation. God willing, we'll be back soon!

A very large house, with common areas above the average buziana, which allowed all guests spaces for good get-togethers. The swimming pool is a show apart. Enorme, good depth, kept warm in the night, only with the temperature of the day. Generous barbecue, with great suction of smoke through the chimney, leaving no smell of smoke on the guests' clothes. Our stay was spectacular. We were 8 adults and the functionality of the house is as described in the listing. Undoubtedly the house of Maceis will be inside the options if we return to Búzios. Anderson the caretaker was very friendly and friendly and Dulcinea was too.

New stay at this residency was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very prominent. Everything worked out perfect, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! we also enjoyed winding fire and cooking a great asado. The location is optimal, everything is very few minutes away, either restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The park space, cleanliness, order, linens, cooking utensils, barbecue, sauna, pool table, all 10/10. Elaine is always very attentive, we give a very specific attention. We definitely want to come back again.

Our stay was excellent. The hosts are super polite and helpful, the house was exactly what we were looking for, the inside of the house is simple, but cozy, the mattresses are good, the outside area is delightful. It was a weekend of rest and peace, everything flowed very well. The location is great, you can enjoy both the beach and the house. The secretary who went to cook too, made a lunch the way we asked, I recommend everything.

The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and ample outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

The house is beautiful. They must rent a car to go because it's a bit far from the center. The truth is that Tati is the person who made our stay perfect! She worried from the beginning that everything was fine and cooked us during our vacation spectacular meals! (Typical meals are her specialty!). Their kindness and willingness make it perfect to be there!. As a recommendation apart from the house; I think it is important to renovate bedding and especially the pillows (they were few and in poor condition). More bath and pool towels are also missing which is made uncomfortable in long stays. We had no communication with Wania either at check-in or check out; but it wasn't necessary because Tati and her husband shuffled everything!. Just thanking Tati for making our vacation wonderful!.

Wonderful house, with a beautiful view! Everything finely decorated making the atmosphere welcoming! Only detail left to be desired were the showers that we were unable to adjust the temperature to take a pleasant bath. Super recommend the house, it was incredible days! Thank you.
