House holiday rentals in Arlington Heights

We stayed at Oak View during the first week of June 2025 and had a truly wonderful experience. The home is beautifully designed and thoughtfully appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was attentive and responsive without being intrusive. We spent most days relaxing on the deck, enjoying the peaceful surroundings—and even sneaking in a few naps. It was the perfect escape for a restful weekend. We’ll definitely be back!

From the beginning Ting and Ning had excellent communication that made the booking experience at their rental extremely easy. My questions were answered in a timely manner and the instructions were clear. The home was beautiful and the comfort was so manageable that my guests and i were so sad for it to end. The fruit when we walked in was much needed because we were starving. The home was such a great experience and i would definitely book with Ting and Ning again. Thank you for such an amazing weekend!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean, spacious, very warm despite the cold, and had a terrific pool table and air hockey table. Our family relaxed and spent good time together.

Great stay! Family of 4 with 2 young adult children had bonding time at this home. We played ping-pong and darts while it rained and when the rain slowed down was able to soak in the hot top. It’s a great place to unplug especially because there is only one cabled TV but WiFi was strong and reliable when we all went to our own spaces. Ample kitchen supplies were provided.

Great MDW. We spent a ton of time fishing (get live bait), on kayaks/boats, in the immaculate hot tub, and enjoying the fire. Beautiful setting, exactly as the pictures. Every detail in the home was attended to and it made our weekend extra special.

The cottage is beautifully restored and has all the charm while also offering modern day amenities. The hosts have truly thought of everything you may need and made it the most comfortable stay! It was easy to find and provided lots of privacy whole also being close to downtown to enjoy a dinner out. It was clean and beautifully decorated with some unique elements like a dragon shaped bathroom faucet. The hosts were very friendly and easy to reach. We would love to come back for another visit!

Had a great 3 night stay with my wife, kids and dog. The house is as described. The rooms were all very clean and well maintained. My kids especially loved the games room with pool table. It's in a peaceful location with a short drive (30 mins or less) to various restaurants, hikes and each of the three main waterparks. We didn't have any need to contact Javier and Jacqueline but what communication we did have was clear and timely. Would recommend.

The Lakeside house was very nice and enjoyable. Allison was an excellent host and responded quickly if we had any concerns. House is located about a half hour from most attractions. Interior of the house was very clean and as pictured. Outside had many enjoyable activities and seating, but also could use some attention. It didn’t keep us from having a good time though. If we considered another trip to the Poconos we definitely would consider the Lakeside house. Thank you Allison for sharing your home with me and my family!

We absolutely loved our stay at Christine’s! Their home was warm and welcoming. It had a very cozy feel to it. It almost felt like home! The house was beautiful and exactly as the pictures described. Christine was very attentive and responsive, always receiving a response within minutes. The atmosphere was great! Neighborhood was beautiful. There was a process to get into the community but if you follow the directions sent by Christine, it should be smooth. The only thing that I would add is when trying to obtain your community passes, make sure that you enter the community on the correct side. My GPS brought us to the opposite side so we had to back track another 12 minutes to get to the right side. It’s also extremely dark at night with lots of wild life (which we enjoyed to see) so be sure to follow the speed limit! We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again!

Enjoyed my stay. Place looked exactly as pictured. Extremely clean and welcomed with a couple of water bottles which was really appreciated. The home is located in a gated community so I would recommend if you are coming to visit and have family that stay in the area that would like to come visit to let Shavon know in advance because it did become somewhat annoying on my end having to reach out to let her know so that they could be added. However, Shavon was extremely accommodating with adding my guest. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

We had a great stay here. Tons of things to do, beautiful scenery and everything you want within 20 minutes. Jawaid was an awesome host and was very responsive during our stay.

100$ would recommended, Joon Woo’s was extremely friendly with his responses as well as being very quick too i would highly suggest too book this place for a nice getaway if its available since when we got there everything was very clean and cozy, i would stay here again if i get the chance too!!!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was incredibly comfortable—everything from the cozy furniture to the well-stocked kitchen made us feel right at home. Every room was spotless and thoughtfully decorated, creating such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. But the real gem was the yard—spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. It felt like our own private retreat. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return!

Our stay was wonderful! We really felt right at home. The location is central to everything you could want! Restaurants, grocery store, shopping, Shawnee Mt, Camelback were all within minutes. Robert was very friendly and was so kind to let us check in early. The house was immaculate. Very clean and just perfectly designed. We slept so well and enjoyed watching movies at night and putting on the fireplace. It was very cozy, but spacious for 3 children and 2 adults. We could have fit more people very comfortably. I would recommend Robert’s place and would love to stay there again when we are in the Pocono region.

Every detail from booking to check in/out was clear and easy. Mana was always responsive and just went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. The house was beautiful and clean. It was stocked with everything needed. It rained everyday we were there but we still had the best time ever. Every detail was thought of and we are forever grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here in this beautiful space surrounded by nature. We saw deer and turtles everyday. The kayaks, paddleboat and SUP were awesome amenities. The beds were comfortable, the game room was tons of fun and allowed all of us to connect at night. Lake had tons of fish and the blackstone and grill made cooking easy and fun! Thank you Mana and Stephen! Your small and thoughtful touches really make such a difference. Thanks again!

It was a perfect stay for our family getaway! You can’t ask for a better location- it’s close to many trails, Bushkill waterfalls, good restaurants and grocery stores. The house itself was very clean, well furnished and had so many things to do even in rainy weather. Our toddler didn’t even want to go outside because it was fun enough for him there! And of course I would like to mention our host Alex, who was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely STUNNING Airbnb - it’s immaculately clean, everything is high end and Jean and Dee have literally thought of everything that will make your stay comfortable. It’s a beautifully designed home meets luxury hotel. Not only is the farmhouse stunning, the surrounding outside areas are perfect. Our two kids loved exploring the trails and looking for fairies, and sitting around the fire pit while the kids played with all the swings and mud kitchen was a real highlight. We can’t wait to come back!

Amanda was an excellent communicator and remained highly responsive throughout our stay. She addressed issues promptly and resolved what she could, and for anything that couldn’t be fixed, she offered a fair adjustment to the total price. While the home itself was satisfactory, her professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction made this a 5-star experience. Would recommend to anyone coming to this area!
