Condo holiday rentals in Arlington

We kept extending our reservation due to unexpected repairs at our home, so we stayed in a few different units. Each one was clean and bright and airy, and every bed we slept in was SO comfortable. The wifi was also strong when I worked from home. The units aren't perfect- one of them didn't have great water pressure, and you will definitely hear people above you, which can be rough if they're very early risers or stay up late. But we found the hosts to be incredibly responsive and helpful, and overall had a wonderful stay during a stressful time. Would definitely recommend.

Willie's place was just as pictured- super clean and free of clutter living, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We had an issue getting into the unit initially (code was not working) but I called Willie and he IMMEDIATELY answered and the issue was resolved in seconds. Location is great, could walk or an easy Uber/Lyft into the city or around the area. Also downtown Arlington has lots of cute shops. Less than 10 minute drive to the airport too! The only negative is that this is a four unit shared "house" and the stairs to get up to the unit, along with being on the top floor (old squeaky floors) it is very difficult to be quiet during the after hours (even with just walking in and getting ready for bed). Other than that, the stay was perfect and just as described! Thank you Willie!

This Airbnb was clean easy to use, and in a very nice location. Even during rush-hour the longest Uber ride we took to the national mall area was only 18 minutes. Normally it was less than 10. That said be prepared to spend money on Ubers! Any Uber around town was between $12 and $40. We had an early event one morning and luckily I found a nearby 24 hour mom and pop diner that delivered to us at six in the morning. The area is quiet, and not far from all the excitement. We were a family of four, two adults on the bed and two kids on the pullout, and comfortable. Would only recommend that the owner provide more Sheets for the pullout, we had to use some from the bed itself. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice stay! Plenty of parking, close to Crystal City, and a short walk to the metro.

This place was equipped with everything you need to be like a home. The kitchen had all the utensils and kitchenware needed for cooking. 21/2 bathrooms, washer and dryer. etc It was comfortable and in good location.

Absolutely loved loved this place! , i highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place to stay while being in Washington! , everything is very local, good restaurants, museums, monuments etc. , this place was very clean and in a good area! We had zero issues while our stay! , absolutely will rebook again in our next trip to Washington! :)

Willie’s place is at a spectacular location with great access to buses/trains to both DC and the Pentagon area. Overall, a very safe neighborhood and the apartment is in great conditions. While you can hear upstairs people’s footsteps, it didn’t bother us much since the amenities and cookwares were very convenient and of great quality. Totally recommend for anyone looking to visit DC area :)

Willie’s place was clean and comfortable. He was quick to respond when asked about the best mode of transportation into DC with very specific instructions to allow us all of the information we needed to choose what was best for us. Upon our check-in, it had been evident that previous tenants had been rough on the house with a couple of items broken which we brought to Willie’s immediate attention. He was very quick to respond and repaired the broken items. We were super impressed! If you’re looking for a great place to stay that is clean and comfortable in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood while you are in the DC area , we gladly recommend Willie’s place!

Really enjoyed staying at this location, very convenient and close to restaurants and public transport. Great to bring your fur babies, probably best for smaller dogs. You should just be aware there is like no grass in DC before you bring your pets lol! Overall a great experience and the location was so clean with not much noise surprisingly for the area.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful set up. Room to gather and nice quiet private space when you need it. Convenient location if youre in dc sightseeing. Easy access to poblic transportation. Would definitely stay here again . There was a minor issue with the garbage disposal and Matt had it resolved in a couple hours.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful condo. Pristinely clean and spacious with everything we needed to be comfortable. We loved the modern decor and appreciated the extra thoughtful amenities. A wonderful place to return to after a long day of walking in DC. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

About 10 min walk from King Street with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The place was clean. They use nice eco-friendly soaps, cleaners, air filter, which was a nice touch. It has shared walls, but I only heard people walking very occasionally and a dog barking once. So very quiet for shared walls. The bed is firm, FYI. Clean. Convenient. Definitely would stay again.

Chris was the perfect host. The apartment was just perfect. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. Got to meet his wife and Phillip the cat, also very pleasant. Very responsive to our needs. Absolutely a great value for your money. Will definitely stay here if we come back to the DC area.

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Stay met our needs! Kitchen was very nice to cook in and was very clean.

This condo is highly recommended. The host is very easy to work with and provides beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The condo is incredibly close to the Friendship Heights Metro stop along with a list of other shops, restaurants, and grocers. The building is easy to navigate and quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves. I truly enjoyed my stay, felt safe, and would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.
