Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Arlington

It was great !

This is one of the best places I've ever stayed. No need to leave the house for anything except food. We use DoorDash, after the first night there because there were plenty of amenities right there. The very impressive kitchen has all cooking utensils and appliances needed. The theater is nicely decorated with a popcorn machine which gives the full movie experience. The pool table and air hockey were so much fun. The Pack-Man game was already a blast, then to find out it has a ton of arcade games on the system made it even better. The meditation room was a highlight of our stay. You'll get relaxed as soon as you approach the doorway. The gym was yet another amenity that we were impressed by. You get a pretty good workout while reading the motivational quotes on the wall. We used the grill that's conveniently on the patio at the entrance. This was my husband's first Airbnb experience so it set the bar high. The hot tub was great with privacy. I'll try the beautiful pool next time.

Lovely home definitely would book again!

This was my second stay in this unit. It is clean and tidy. The building is quiet and amenities like the gym and attached Wegmans are great. The bed is comfy but bring your own pillow and a sleep mask if you can. The window coverings do not block any of the nearby lights.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Mr. Theo’s place. We needed a short term stay (2.5 months) while our house was being built and Mr. Theo was a God send! Mr. Theo’s place was clean and absolutely beautiful. The place has everything you need for a short or longer visit. Mr. Theo is the best host. He was always responsive to my questions and truly treats you like family. If you are looking for a place to stay make your booking you won’t regret it.

Like a ding dong, I left my toiletries bag with expensive electric shavers and toothbrush at the Airbnb. They offered to ship it back to me - can’t thank them enough. Above and beyond indeed.

The Airbnb was great. It was in such a great location. Everything for the most part was walkable! Host was great and very responsive.

Uche was an excellent host! She was very responsive & helpful. The house itself was beautiful. We stayed for a family gathering & everyone loved it. The beds were comfortable & spacious. The kitchen was big and contained everything we needed for our meals (minus the food of course) & the house was well stocked with basic toiletries & bathroom necessities. I would definitely stay again & I recommend 10/10!

Stayed here with a group for a girl’s weekend and we loved the open layout, large spaces, and modern appliances! The location was perfect for our needs - walkable to King St but separated enough for some quiet, and finding street parking close by was not an issue. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, both pre-trip and during. They answered any questions and were attentive to what we may have needed. Check out instructions were also very minimal effort on our part, which was nice.

Jovan and his property manager truly saved us during an emergency with our previous Airbnb. They had the home ready for us same day, and their quick communication and care made us feel so taken care of. They were always responsive and incredibly accommodating of all our needs throughout the stay. The house itself is beautiful, calming, and perfect for a large group. Everyone had their own space to relax, and the office was clutch for one of our friends who needed to take work calls. The outdoor area was perfect for unwinding in the evenings or enjoying quiet mornings with coffee. The kitchen was spacious enough for 4–5 of us to cook together without feeling cramped, and the showers were amazing—great water pressure and super refreshing. Thank you, Jovan, for being a truly thoughtful host. I'd absolutely recommend staying here!

The attention to detail—from the cozy decor to the thoughtful amenities—made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. yet still peaceful and quiet for a restful stay. Meka was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We truly appreciated the little extras, like complimentary coffee and wine. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this place to anyone

Comfortable, very well designed to make everything work in a small space, and a very pleasant place to spend some hours in between explorations. Trever was very responsive, provided all the basics that we needed and with a thoughtful and artistic touch. The neighborhood is great, close to the metro and bus system, several grocery and specialty stores nearby, and a host of restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to any couple.

The place was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of room for 10 people and Ruben and Jenny were great hosts! I would stay again!!!
