The cabin was moved from my father’s family farm in South MS & dates back to pre Civil War days. It was moved to its present location to be the retail space for MS T’s Trees which was a Xmas tree farm my parents started after my father retired from farming. It is a cozy cabin for 2 with covered screened-in outside porches , comfy patio furniture, outside heaters & Great Sunsets!

The Shotgun Shack ❤️ of MS Delta

This Shotgun Shack is a genuine cypress board and batten shotgun shack. Construction of the cabin dates back to the late 1920’s, after the Great Flood of 1927. The shack was move to the property and has undergone a complete restoration. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Situated behind the antebellum Burrus Home a.k.a “The Baby Doll House”, near Benoit, MS. There is a gas station in Benoit that sells beverages and snacks but no grocery stores.
