Hello 👋🏼 My apartment is in the old town. It's close to the train station and the city center. Annecy is small, so you can easily access the lake from my place. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

Welcome! Our bright apartment facing the mountains is located in the quiet area of Les Clarines. You will love having lunch on the south-facing balcony facing Mont Veyrier after a day at the lake (15 min walk/5 min by bike), in nature, in town (20 min walk/15 min by direct bus from the train station). Accommodation on the 5th floor with elevator and 180° mountain views. A delicious bakery for breakfast is across the street from the building :) We want you to have a great time with us!

Fully equipped kitchen, large shower, separate bedroom. Linens and tea towels provided. Bath towels NOT provided. Rated 3 stars by the tourist office.

Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Although located next to our house, the cottage is completely independent and private.
