There is a private section of the garden exclusively for you with charcoal BBQ and seating areas. The property is located 6 metres from the River Orne giving you unique views from the lounge and bedroom. Local pathways for evening walks overlook the nearby village and surrounding countryside. There is a choice of restaurants a short drive away and the coast is just an our away.

Studio in the middle of la Suisse Normande. Perfect base for hiking, biking and motorcycling. Located on the long-distance hiking trail GR36. 5 minutes drive from la Roche d'Oetre. The studio has a bedroom with plenty of space for luggage and a kitchenette and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Simple, but equipped with every comfort. The large garden is at your disposal.
