The vacation home is located in a traditional country house with only two residential units and was newly opened in the fall of 2023. A large garden invites you to relax and play. Enjoy the view of the idyllic Argen, a natural river right next to your accommodation or even dare to take a swim on the freely accessible shore. Absolutely! Look forward to seeing you!

It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

We rent a beautiful ground floor apartment in the countryside near Merazhofen. The apartment offers plenty of space for beautiful days in the Allgäu. The two terraces invite you to relax and grill, while on warm summer days the river Argen invites you to refresh. Two parking space is available in front of the house. The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating and can also be heated with a fireplace for the ambience. There is 1 bedroom with 3 beds and one with a double bed.

Welcome to beautiful Allgäu! Our lovingly furnished attic apartment is idyllically located on the Wolfegger Ach, only 7 km from Kißlegg – ideal for all those who are looking for relaxation in the middle of nature. We live in the house but the apartment is its own private area. There are still three dogs and one cat on the property. The house is quiet, with no direct neighbors – perfect for a break from everyday life. Hiking and biking trails start almost in front of the door.

Here you can relax in a quiet location from the stresses of everyday life, but also enjoy various leisure activities, whether as an active or relaxing vacation. Experience nature up close in our West Allgäu Alpine foothills by bike, on foot or on skis. The newly renovated apartment with a large, sunny balcony is located on the upper floor of our two-family house, with a shared entrance and a staircase leading up. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance.

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about a 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many attractions. e.g.: to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Great as stop Over. The airports Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich, Zurich are well connected to public transport.

Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and washing machine

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

Allgäu apartment

Beautiful new basement apartment (50 m²) to relax and unwind in Beuren, a suburb outside the city of Isny in the Allgäu. From here you can start a hiking tour in the Allgäu Alps or explore the Allgäu by bike. You can cool off on warm summer days at the nearby Badsee Beuren. In the apartment is a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a modern bathroom with a floor-level shower.
