Great location at the edge of the cliff , very polite and very helpful.

The whole family really enjoyed our stay at Christo's House. The house is really well suited for a big family, very clean and smartly designed and everything worked perfectly. We arrived really late in the night and they helped us check in, and provided us with snacks:) The service and communication was superb! Btw the area is probably the best we have been to in Greece. So many fantastic day trips when you have a car available.. The nearby beach is nice. and we really recommend the nearest restaurent "Thalassaki Giannakopoulou" Thanks once again:))

an ideal place for a couple because the downstairs bedroom has no windows and no separation between rooms . the views are breathtaking . the 5 villas are far enough away from each other to have privacy on the terrace. the pool is very nice with also a great view and lots of sunbeds it is absolutely necessary to be driven because it is very high and far from any trade on foot ( but a few minutes by car.)

The villa was perfect for a weeks holiday for two young families with a bathroom and bedroom on each floor. Aglaia was also able to accommodate our request of two travel cots and also provided a high chair which was extremely helpful. The villa was perfectly clean, exactly as the photos and so quiet despite only being a short walk from Stoupa bay, we could even hear the sea in the evening. Aglaia was also a great host, she greeted us on check in and provided clear instructions, she also helped with great local recommendations including the Kardamyli Jazz Fest. Faultless

I believe this place was even better than the photos. There was nothing even remotely negative to say about it. The pool was awesome and the view was stunning. The king bed was so comfortable. Personally I liked that it had two washrooms. Plenty of storage if needed. Totally worth the money, and I hope we can get back soon.

In 63 years I have traveled extensively, in many countries, and this was overall the most beautiful surprise of any place my husband and I have rented. Our hosts, Vincent and Jean-Claude, were present, warm, generous and responsive, and the house and location are beyond magical. We will return every year, for certain.

Nikos is a super friendly host, readily available to assist with any queries and provide local information. We loved our stay in villa emotions house. The house .was super clean with an abundance of amenities. Nikos was super helpful with assisting us to have a bbq. We loved our time at the villa. The only feedback I have is the instructions of google to get there. It took us on a round trip 30 minutes, instead of 8 minutes. Once at the villa Nikos showed us the shortcut. We loved our stay at Villa Needa, emotions house. Thank you NIkos. We will be staying again. See you soon.

The house was excellent and well appointed. The pool was lovely too. George was absolutely brilliant at communicating. We had the most fabulous stay and will definitely book it again.

This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

The guesthouse is right next door and we had a nice welcome. beautiful landscape and clean house. The hosts took the time to speak with us to give us suggestions and they were very responsive. We didn't miss a thing. I just want to emphasize that the bathroom is very small and there is no shower cubicle; so the water goes everywhere. Also, the stairs to get to the rooftop bedroom are very abridged so you have to be careful. The place was well worth it, a real paradise that gives us the feeling of being on the roof of the world!

The house was very thoughtful and clean, the photos do it a little unfair, as does its exterior look. Within walking distance (2' by car) is Gerolimenas that you can find, restaurants cafes, mini markets and bars. George was very helpful and responded promptly to anything we needed. The house had everything you need for your stay (cleaning supplies, breakfast, etc.). Recommend for families as the children can play in the yard without disturbing. We will definitely visit it in the future.

The apartment was as described, right on the beach, two steps away. The verandah looked out across the beautiful bay on Foinikounda, we couldn’t ask for more. The kitchen was well equipped and we would come straight from the beach (where the sun beds are free) to the apartment to make a Greek salad for lunch, it was heavenly. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was great. The local supermarket was large and well stocked for everything you need for a self catering holiday and the numerous local restaurants provided a good choice for evening meal (Elena was our favourite). Parking was nearby the apartment and again, free. Panagiotis was a great host, always responsive to questions etc and we had zero problems. All in all a wonderful holiday, thank you Panagiotis!

Beautiful house in the heart of the village, with a small beach a few seconds away and several of great restaurants. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms that all equally nice and a shaded roof terrace. It is opposite a bar so there is some sound in one bedroom but it didn’t disturb us. More quiet murmuring than noise. Communication was good. The kitchen is good and being in the middle of the village is really fun. Kardamyli is lovely ( this was our 4th trip I think) with lots to do in the area. Even in August you can drive up the mountains and hike and the beaches are varied and relaxing. Tikla and Elies were our pick of the restaurants. A great stay.

I had an amazing time in Claudia's house! It is an entire little house with a front- and a backyard full of trees and nice plants, beautifully located, tastefully furnished, with everything one may need! The place is close to the beach, to a very nice cafe, and in walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets along the beach. There are also many hikes one can do from the house, and it's the perfect place to explore the Mani (like Areopoli, the caves of Dirou or the towers of Väthia) or more touristic places like Kardamyli. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Claudia is a wonderful host, who made me feel at home right away. I can recommend the place without any reservations and will try to return as soon as I can!

The place was absolutely great: clean, well located and consistent with the description. The sea view was simply superb, and the sunsets from the terrace were unforgettable. Our host was very helpful, available and really friendly throughout the stay. We highly recommend it!

Iliana is a fabulous & responsive host. The place is nice, comfortable and quiet, with a gorgeous view.

The property is located in a traditional and quiet village of Mani. The house is as shown in the pictures, very beautiful and very clean. It is fully equipped and suitable for a family of four. We didn't miss anything during our stay. It has a very nice view of the sea and an exclusive courtyard with shade where children can play. The host is a discreet person who will help and provide anything you need. For us who didn't know him before became a good friend. We highly recommend staying at the property.

We had a great time in this apartment. It was exactly like on the pictures. The nature is wonderfull in this area. it was a bit inconvenient that there was only a bathtub and not a shower, but we knew that on beforehand. We could also make use of the laundry machine, which was nice. On a critical note, maybe it was on of the worst couches we had sit on. But the bed was very chill, even bigger than we had in our hotel in Athens, so that was a pleasant surprise. we would definitely recommend to stay here.

Just wonderful! The house is very convenient, arranged with great taste and care. There are numerous books and music to dive into. The kitchen provides everything - it is equipped like our kitchen at home. The view from this upper village of Tyros is breathtaking combining sea and steep mountain slopes. A car to get there is recommended. Host Ilias is very accomodating and polite, at the same time practical and discreet. We enjoyed our stay there very much and will certainly come back. A very pleasant stay, even when we encountered very small problems, Irini responded immediately with a solution. Quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to the center.

Tina's place is just beautiful: It is totally central and yet quiet. From the balcony, you can see the sea, in the background to the snow-capped mountains. The interior is very tasteful and great sun. Tina and her husband welcomed us warmly and even brought us fresh eggs from her chickens in between. We felt completely comfortable and in good hands.

We enjoyed our stay at Jean-Pierre's house very much. The house is very nice for a family of 4 people. It is conveniently located in the heart of Gythio, with a breathtaking view. We always found a parking space without any problem. Jean-Pierre was very responsive in answering our questions and giving us advice on restaurants, beaches, visits... Our only regret: not staying a few more nights to enjoy this beautiful Magne region even more.
