Superb Neoclassical House near the Acropolis!

A bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house new construction and short walks away from the heart of Athens historic and business centre, suitable both for unforgettable vacations and professional travels! There is also a small green patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy in serenity your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi access (50Mbps), individual air conditioning system, HDTV, Netflix, 24h hot water. This is a bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house, new construction and short walks away from the heart of the historic centre. The cosy living room is separated from the bedroom by a handmade wooden stair that assures a romantic stay in the attic of the house! There is also a small patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired I can arrange a comfortable transportation from and to the airport 24h / 7days a week at a very low cost. Please feel welcome to use also our private backyard!!! During your stay I will be discreet but available to assist you as best as possible! Please don't hesitate for a late check in!!! The house is situated in a tranquil and safe neighborhood with mini markets, grocery stores, banks and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes’ walk to Acropolis temple, museum and famous Plaka! The direct metro blue line from Athens International Airport (Kerameikos stop), as well as the green metro line (Thiseio stop) are within walking distance. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired a comfortable transportation from and to the airport/port at a low cost can be arranged 24/7! Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. Easy to park your car exactly outside the house. The house is located at a very safe and quiet neighborhood. You will be able to relax,rest and enjoy your holidays!

We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Ionnis’s apartment was in a very safe and central location in the city with a 5 minute walk to the acropolis and a 10 minute walk to Plaka, I full recommend this accommodation for anyone staying in Athens that will be visiting all the sites and there all nearby. Some great restaurants and cafes nearby also as well as being next door to a supermarket. It was spotless and very private.

Such a great apartment! Close to the acropolis and acropolis museum and also a metro station so it’s very easy to get around! There were also some nice restaurants close by but the neighborhood is overall nice and quiet which was much appreciated.

Happy with our stay here, place was lovely and the view from the roof top was wonderful. Didn’t mention that it’s shared by a mechanical or similar shed area but could be easily ignored with the beauty of the Acropolis. Apartment is definitely showing signs of age but what can be expected of a city as ancient as Athens. Overall would recommend to others and would return if we are ever back. Thank you for your hospitality stay cat team!!

Would highly recommend staying here on your trip to Athens! The hosts were incredibly responsive, reaching out ahead of time with clear instructions and recommendations for the local area. The Airbnb was exactly as described with the most beautiful view of the Acropolis from the rooftop. The bed was very comfortable, hot water always worked, and air conditioning that kept the apartment cool. You cannot beat the location either - situated just a short walk from the Acropolis and main downtown areas, it was a quiet and safe area to return to at night while still enjoying the Athens nightlife. I cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb, truly one of the best experiences!

This dreamy penthouse studio is the perfect jumping off point to explore Athens. The view of the Acropolis from the balcony (and the bed) is incredible. The studio itself is comfortable and spotlessly clean. Iro was communicative and helpful throughout our stay including arranging a car to and from the airport with their taxi contact George - who was lovely and full of helpful information and recommendations as well. We loved the neighborhood- discovering new streets and spots every time we walked out the door. Highly recommend this spot! Elevator takes you to the 6th floor and you just need to walk up a few steps to get to the top floor.
