Your home by the sea in Sicily in a very peaceful and relaxing setting. The loft is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn and palm trees. The loft is located on the Avola waterfront in one of the most popular areas of the city. The highway is only 1 km away and will allow you to reach the main tourist destinations (Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa, Scicli and Marzamemi) in a short time. A small gym, bikes and kayaks will add a dynamic touch to your vacation.

Tancredi's home is located on the sand, 150 m from the sea, in front of the house only pine trees and dunes. It is very isolated.The property is 2300 square meters and extends to the sea. The recently renovated house is a short walk from the Lungomare and the typical open-air market. The double bedroom has a lovely balcony overlooking the main street, ideal for a glass of wine at the end of a long day of vacation. The kitchen allows you to eat at home comfortably, a pleasant sea breeze enters from the window that opens onto the ronco. All the must-see places in Ortigia are within walking distance, as is Calarossa beach
