Unique house in the center of a 5,500 m² plot, the plot is not fenced, with: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with fireplace, TV/DVD, Chromecast, equipped kitchen, balcony with hammock, Wi-Fi. It is 3.3 km from the village of Maringá, 2.5 km from Maromba. The road is not the best, but any car can get there slowly. We only accept small dogs (up to 10 kg) Welcome!!

In the Santa Clara Valley, we have several options for hiking to the waterfalls! Santa Clara Waterfall, Toca da Raposa (Fox's Den) and sanctuary.

There are no other houses on the grounds. Chalé do Riacho is unique and has a waterfall in its backyard. A typical country house, with lots of greenery and cozy details. You can take a soothing bath in the outdoor hot tub, or take a typical Finnish sauna and cool off in the stream with an energizing waterfall. Cook on the veranda on the wood stove, or a barbecue in the quiet shade of a Jabuticabeira, next to the hammocks. At night, light a floor fire for Moonlit nights or the fireplace on cold nights.

The place Need to rest and connect to nature? Our little house has everything you need to spend days of rest in a simple and cozy way. The space is ideal for up to four people. We have WI-FI, kitchen with cooktop and utensils. The place Serrinha do Alambari is a neighborhood of the city of Resende that lies between the two main tourist centers of the region. Our home is 20 minutes from Penedo and 50 mins from Visconde de Maua.

Modernist Chalet in the middle of the Forest

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
