Refuge das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the terrain enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

Chalé do Riacho is unique and has a waterfall in its backyard. A typical country house, with lots of greenery and cozy details. You can take a soothing bath in the outdoor hot tub, or take a typical Finnish sauna and cool off in the stream with an energizing waterfall. Cook on the veranda on the wood stove, or a barbecue in the quiet shade of a Jabuticabeira, next to the hammocks. At night, light a floor fire for Moonlit nights or the fireplace on cold nights.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
