Medieval Fort, Sud Ardèche stunning loft with pool

Formally a fortified castle “Fort de La Bastide “ was constructed on the site of a Roman military station. The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

Room in a recent house located a few minutes from the city center, on foot or by car according to your desires. The room is equipped with a double bed (160 cm) located on the upper floor of the air-conditioned house with private bathroom. On the ground floor: shared living room with TV, Wi-Fi. The courtyard will allow you to park your vehicle safely (recharging an electric car is possible for a fee of 5 euros) Breakfast is included, please note that there is no kitchen.

Independent 40 m2 studio located in the small village of Messinhac, at the foot of the Suc d'Ayme. Close to all amenities, 5 minutes from Yssingeaux, 20 from Puy en Velay, accommodating 2 adults (possibility of baby cot and high chair). Kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric stove, kettle, coffee maker. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer. Nice little independent exterior. Possibility of breakfasts for an extra charge. WiFi during the day and until 11 p.m.

Breakfast will be offered with a sweet or savory option according to your preferences.

Il se compose de trois lieux différents : Une pièce principale. - Cuisine toute équipée avec espace salon. - Une pièce bureau détente - Une chambre lit double avec douche et toilette . Une porte donne accès à la terrasse privée. Vous avez également accès à d'autres terrasses à partager, dont une aux abords du ruisseau où vous pouvez vous rafraichir.

It has been expanded by a modern addition.
