Falperra's house was built in 2022, it is a new house with all amenities and a few meters from the center of Arcos de Valdeves. Overlooking the mountain, the house is within walking distance of the village center, supermarkets, restaurants, and the Vez ecovia. It is 1 km from the river beach, 13 km from Peneda-Gerês National Park. Located in a quiet place, it also has a garden area, barbecue and vegetable garden where you can harvest some food.

Dona Florinda's houses, composed of two bungalows, were built taking advantage of the inserted area, with two large balconies (one of them suspended) overlooking the best landscape - the village and the mountains. It offers a private and quiet space to rest and watch the children play, or practice sports: mountain (on the PNPG trails) or river (canyoning) and get to know our lagoons.
