Facing a body of water, on the edge of the Perseigne forest (Alençon 7 km), a little bucolic corner to escape daily stress. You will be alone to enjoy the space, feeling of freedom, communion with nature. There is enough space for 4 people and their animals to feel good there. There is a dedicated space for working with an excellent fiber connection. Walks in the forest. Golf and water sports center 10 minutes away. Trail tracks. Horseback riding and canoeing possible in nearby clubs.

Appartement au calme au 1er étage d'une grande maison : au dessus de mon cabinet de thérapies manuelles. Possibilité de recevoir des soins (osteo, reflexo, massage, shiatsu) sur résa. 2 lits deux places et un lit une place dans la chambre avec mezzanine, clic-clac et 2 banquettes marocaines dans salon TV. Baignoire, cuisine. Logement pour 1 à 5 personnes. Vue sur immeubles d'un côté et de l'autre sur des jardins. Parking facile et gratuit. Chauffage max 20 degrés. Au plaisir ! Julie

Entire 24m2 home with parking and free wifi. Located in front of the Arçonnay shopping center, 3 minutes from the Alençon CFA, 5 minutes from the hyper center of Alençon, 30 minutes from Le Mans and 20 minutes from the Alpes Mancelles for hiking and canoeing activities. Possibility to do his shopping on foot and bus line at the bottom of the building leading to Alençon. Sleeps 4 with a double bed and (to be specified when booking) a sofa bed. Toilet towels not provided.
