We had a very nice Christmas with the family at this place. Small surprise from the host who had set up a nice Christmas tree. The living room and dining area is large, we were all able to enjoy it without stepping on each other. Very comfortable bedding. Thanks to Andrea, we didn't have time to meet her, but the phone contact was great. 👌 ☺️

A perfect welcome in a very quiet and warm environment. Catherine is extremely accommodating and her villa is beautiful. I highly recommend this place. For those who are hesitant, go ahead and don't hesitate any longer!

Very nice relaxing house to disconnect for a weekend. The accommodation is well located and we had all the necessary shops within 5-10 minutes by car. And the volumes of the house seem even larger in real life than in the photos. I recommend

We had a great time in this spacious home. Romain was accommodating by allowing us to check in early, which we really appreciated. A few small details were missing (shower gel and garbage bags), and it is important to note that towels are not provided - we were fortunately able to get them after we arrived. All in all a positive experience.

Wonderful house for family gatherings near Joigny. Comfortable beds- wonderful outdoor area and has all the kitchen amenities we needed to house our family. If you go- don’t forget towels for the bathrooms. Linens for beds included but not towels.

We recommend Nathalie's place. It is perfectly suited for a family stay. The activities offered (billiards, table football, table tennis...) are a real plus!

A perfect cottage for a weekend in the countryside with friends or family. The decoration is carefully thought out, everything is very clean and the setting is warm and bucolic. The composition of the two lodges with a reception area is pleasant and flowing. It felt good there. I highly recommend. Thank you Fanny for your hospitality and flexibility.

The location of the house is ideal for enjoying the lake (5-minute walk). The house is functional and charming. All the necessary equipment is available to enjoy your stay. Host accommodating, available and friendly. A large heated swimming pool with no neighbours opposite. An inner courtyard for parking. We'll be back with pleasure:)

Together with my Christian student association, we were able to enjoy the house for a midweek. The owners were very accommodating. We even got a bottle of champagne for our chic dinner. The amenities were perfect. The kitchen had everything to offer, the bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms and toilets. Location is at a perfect distance from Reims. Also, an aquapark at Lac du Der can be visited. In addition, we went to Joseph Perrier's champagne house. All definitely recommended!

The house Geert has a lovely place. It is very spacious and is located in a quiet environment. It's great for family gatherings or gatherings with friends. Communication with Geert is very easy and fast. We would recommend this listing.

We had a great time at Sophie's! From the outside, the house is beautiful! Inside, it deserves a little renovation, but it has a natural charm, the rooms are spacious and bright. The garden is sublime and the pond at the end allows you to go fishing, it is very peaceful. We were very well received and despite a small electricity issue, the caretakers were more than responsive! It was a great weekend! Thank you!

La maisonette was a perfect place for our getaway. The house is very quaint and beautifully decorated. We had all the amenities we needed and felt right at home. The terrace and the swimming pool were perfect for this warm weather and enjoyed every minute of it. Cynthia is a great host and would definitely recommend staying at her place if you are looking for a peaceful home close to the city and the lake.

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful house in Fontaine La Gaillarde for the weekend of Ascension. It is tastefully furnished and you feel good there. The brand new kitchen is extremely well equipped. The weather was favourable and we were able to spend a lot of time in the garden and on the terrace. The small pool allowed us to cool off. William is very kind, excellent communication.

We are absolutely delighted with our stay! the accommodation is impeccable, the pool really nice, and we enjoyed the billiards/ pinball/ darts ect! Philippe made us a good wood fire before we arrived, the accommodation was very hot and the atmosphere was very pleasant 🔥 Great hospitality, and really great breakfast with local produce. We were very well surrounded by our friends the animals 🐱 🐶 a real pleasure! see you soon. ☀️
