The house is very nice, well furnished, superbly equipped and beautifully decorated. Thanks for the Christmas tree! Nice touch! Julia and Thibaud are super responsive, communication was clear.

We had a lovely stay at Mirella's house. House is as described and very nice. We were able to enjoy the outdoor terrace and small grounds with unobstructed views from the back of the house. The interior space is rather large, pleasant and modern. And as indicated by previous people, there are all the basics, for the kitchen among others.

We were all very happy with our stay, the house is beautiful and was exactly what we needed for our break. Charles-Xavier was very helpful at all times and i would completely recommended! Thanks again. Nicky

Wonderful house for family gatherings near Joigny. Comfortable beds- wonderful outdoor area and has all the kitchen amenities we needed to house our family. If you go- don’t forget towels for the bathrooms. Linens for beds included but not towels.

We really enjoyed our stay at Laurence's place. Very warm reception at the place. The small house was perfect for us and also the pool and jacuzi were nice. Great opportunities for trips in the Champagne from there.

This place was perfect. We stayed as two families with young kids and it was very well suited. Great pool, great kitchen and eating options in the house. The downstairs was just stunning and so many options for the kids, from tennis, to swimming, to the climbing frame. We would stay again for sure.

For a weekend with friends, we had a lovely time in this spacious, clean, secluded accommodation with a very pleasant environment. We were cold because the heater turns off at 9pm when there is no double glazing and the temperatures were negative outside. We were able to use the fireplace on two nights but the proposal was not proactive on the part of the host and had to stock up with wood in the village 10min drive away. The other downside is really the lack of flexibility in terms of schedules and the fact of having to pay extra for absolutely everything (€53.50 for a checkout at 12pm instead of 10am or otherwise half of a night beyond under the pretext of not being able to rent the accommodation afterwards, one Sunday evening in the middle of winter.....). Other than that the amenities were perfect and we felt very good in this house.

We came at 9 to relax away from the Paris region and enjoy with friends… we were pleasantly surprised. Listing matches the listing, beautiful decoration, and the outside more than large with the pool that can be covered or not (and heated!!) that makes all the difference. the house is spacious, the bedrooms are large and the bedding is of good quality. There were 10 of us. The 2 bathrooms and the 2 separate toilets are a real plus. The pool was not in service yet, the weather wasn't so ready yet. i recommend the house.

Big house, perfect for our weekend: we were 5 couples and came by RER from Paris. Lots of champagne houses within walking distance of the house. Amenan is very responsive and accommodating!
