Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι και βλέπει απέναντι άλλο κτίριο, ενώ από το πλάι αριστερά βλέπει θάλασσα και δεξιά κτήμα με ελαιόδεντρα. Η πρόσβαση γίνεται είτε από την πυλωτή του κτιρίου (Parking), από τις σκάλες, είτε από τη ράμπα εισόδου στην πρόσοψη του κτιρίου και κατόπιν με σκάλες για τον 2ο όροφο.

Once upon a time, there was an imposing cobble tower in the heart of the picturesque Messinian Bay. The tower was just 1km away from the beach, hidden amidst olive groves, and had a pretty garden for guests to relax. There were wonderful places to shop, dine or go out within a radius of 1km, and the bustling city of Kalamata was just 10km away.
