Tom is a great host. He responded to my requests within an hour and answered my phone calls every time. His guidebook is very helpful!! His place is very spacious and clean. Shower is nice and towels are new and thick. Beautiful woods behind the building and we enjoyed listening to the sound of water running in the creek.

stunning little condo nestled high in the Smoky mountains. my daughter and I stayed here for our spring break vacation and we both loved it. it was exactly what I was looking for, for our trip away. the condo is on the small side but it was the perfect amount of space for us. make note that this is way up on the mountain. I was a little nervous about the drive but it's what I wanted for our stay. after the first initial drive up and down, I was good with the steep and curvy roads. make sure your ok with that too!! trust me- the view is WORTH every penny!!! a cup of coffee and a smoky mountain sunrise goes a long way for the soul. condo was relatively clean. many towels for use and small packages of essentials if needed (shampoo, body wash, lotion, etc) pillows were a little hard and I wished for a few more blankets but honestly those are all personal preferences which should be accomadated by the renter if they need something specific. location was wonderful. views....chefs kiss.

I definitely would book with Dan and Jenna again! Everything met my expectations and I really enjoyed myself vacation. I felt right at home and definitely didn’t want to leave!

Great place to stay. Hosts and co-hosts were very friendly and responsive! Close to everything downtown! You can walk or drive. We did both! There is a trolley stop near by if you'd like to use that as a form of transportation to get around. We will definitely be back in the future!
