Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Arcadia, Phoenix

We were in town for a graduation ceremony nearby and found this place so peaceful. the community was gated and the loudest neighbor was a fellow bird that sang in the mornings. loved the pool and the open layout for our family.

Really comfortable home, had everything we needed and more. The pool was wonderful. Would recommend this stay to anyone wanted privacy but to be close to everything.

Great time spent here! Bbq, outdoor TV, lots of games to play and take a dip after a long day in the pool! Life was good 😎

Great stay! was very responsive and was close to everything. only a couple of moments from old town. grocery stores close as well. had everything we needed to be able to cook as well. highly recommend this stay.

I had an amazing stay at Rayn’s place! The house was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. You can really tell Rayn puts a lot of care into making sure his guests feel at home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and everything was just as described—or even better!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The space was incredibly spacious, giving our group of 11 more than enough room to spread out and relax comfortably. The home was immaculately clean upon arrival, and it stayed that way thanks to the thoughtful layout and attention to detail. The amenities were top-notch—from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living areas and outdoor space, everything was designed to make our stay feel effortless and enjoyable. What really made the experience stand out was the consistent communication from the hosts. They checked in daily just to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which added a real personal touch. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore while still offering a peaceful, private atmosphere. My friends, family, and I couldn’t have been more pleased, and we’re already planning to return—whether to this property or another one owned by these amazing hosts. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Matt’s place! The location was perfect—just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and close to everything we wanted to do. Matt was a fantastic host: super friendly, and very responsive. He went above and beyond by accommodating a last-minute request to add an extra night stay at the beginning of our trip, and he even allowed us a late check-out on our last day so we had a comfortable place to hang out before heading to the airport. This flexibility made our trip so much more relaxed and enjoyable. The house itself was amazing and fit our group of 9 perfectly. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the outdoor area was a dream. It was the perfect setup for lounging during the day and unwinding in the evenings. The house was also incredibly well-stocked with everything from laundry supplies to kitchen essentials—it truly felt like a home away from home. We absolutely loved our stay and are already talking about coming back. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Kathy’s place. Great place for a family as it was my husband and two children that stayed the night. Decorated so cute and the beds were super comfortable. Kathy was very responsive with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great location, quiet neighbors.

For a first time being in Arizona this spot was perfect. I love the kitchen opened up to the living room so you can watch tv while cooking if you wanted to. The bathroom was nice. The bedroom was comfortable. Most of all loved the washer and dryer in the apartment (if you know the struggle of laundromat’s you know). The host were very attentive and i loved that they had activities you can pay to do. Overall they made my boyfriend and I experience great and would definitely book again :)

This was such a treat staying at Ana’s place. She made us feel right at home. I can’t believe how kind and generous she was throughout the whole stay. It was gorgeous and so so clean. If we get a chance we will for sure book again. Loved everything about it. 100/10! ❤️❤️❤️

We will definitely be back. The place was so well kept and even had little extras like a candy dish and make up remover wipes. Our host was always responsive and easy to work with. It’s so close to Old Town Scottsdale and we love it there. This was the perfect location.

A really nice place! We had a small group in for a business trip at the Biltmore and this was way more than we needed! Huge. Wish we spent more time there. The view from the roof deck at night are wonderful! Only odd thing is you have to sign outside of Airbnb a lengthy contract. Didn’t love that.

We felt that the location was ideal for us as we attended the ASU graduation and were able to explore the area with family. Being able to hop onto Scottsdale road (without hearing any street noise at night) was super convenient to go either way to Tempe, the interstate to see other areas (Phoenix, Mesa, camelback), and of course north to old and new Scottsdale. Close to very good restaurants and any store you may need. The house is what you see on the site. The casita is a small house with space and is extremely well kept and ideal for a larger group. The main house was spacious and well laid out. Everyone was happy with their rooms. Ryan had everything stocked from towels, bathroom necessities, plates, glasses, etc. The pool table came in handy for some friendly games. The covered carport is a great benefit in AZ. Another benefit is the checkout, Ryan kept it simple. Very happy with our stay and would recommend.

This airbnb is so beautiful and in a gated neighborhood which helped us feel safe. The decor and layout is amazing. The pool was perfect with a small golf putting ground. The host was also very helpful with any questions that we had. He also responded quite quickly. We highly recommend this airbnb and would definitely stay here when we come back in the future.

The sport is very to everything and is easy to access And something to note is how much it stands out among other nicer, albeit older and mature houses in this older Scottsdale neighborhood. It’s a gem. Sparkling clean. Huge for the footprint it sits in - new everything, well stocked with essentials and a very friendly host.

Great property with fantastic amenities. Jolene was very responsive and addressed all our questions and needs thought the stay. The property is in a beautiful neighborhood with expansive and peaceful surroundings. I highly recommend this home away from home.

We had an incredible stay here for my bachelorette weekend. There weren’t enough blankets for the couch girls however the host dropped off 4 brand new blankets which was so kind. The only thing that would have been nice would have been some extra paper towel and dish towels. Overall our stay was incredible and we would 100% go back. Great location, great weather and great memories made. <3 Thank you!!!!
