The place is simply amazing; it has breathtaking views and one of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated with all the amenities. The host were very friendly, responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The best place one can stay for work or holiday in Patra. It is a very short drive to the city center and has the privilege of privacy, peaceful surroundings, parking and lots of space. I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay while visiting Patra.

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The place is at least as good as the photos show. We loved the pool and the outside kitchen with a baking oven run with fire wood to make pizza and bread. The area is very quiet and the view on the surrounding hills very relaxing. Also, John is an extremely friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend the place!

Sue est une hôte accueillante, agréable et réactive . On ne peut que recommander ce petit coin de paradis !

It was a lovely place with an amazing location. Very convenient and close to all shops and restaurants. We had an issue with the AC the first night but communicated it with Nancy and it was solved for the next night. The host had left some water, beers and juice for us which we appreciated. Lovely balcony views. Check in was smooth.

Très beau logement dans les montagnes. La seule chose à redire c’est le message avec les instructions d’arrivée qui était en grec donc obligé de traduire le gros message ce qui n’est pas pratique. Sinon rien à redire, le logement était parfait !

Beautiful, cozy apartment adjunct to the main house. Communication was incredible. We had an extremely hard time finding the place, Mapia sent her partner to get us! We would definitely come back.

Walking in to Nikos place was like coming home, but in Greece. The place was so spacious, giving everyone room to chill separately or together. There were so many doors onto the balconies that it felt like we were outside at times, with light pouring in. And after a day of exploring the city or further afield in our car rental, it was so nice to come back and chill with a drink before walking to the old town to a restaurant. Nikos had everything we needed including offstreet parking. The street leading to the parking was narrow so I wouldn't recommend a large car but after the first time, it was easy. George met us at the flat and was very helpful, as was Nikos. I would come back in a shot and highly recommend this flat. It wasn't a problem for me but if you want a really quiet stay, then you might find Nikos flat a bit noisy as one of the balconies overlooked a main road. For me though, it was only the occasional loud car or music blaring, that was annoying. I slept well.

I stayed at Nikos and Nancy’s place for a friend’s 30th birthday, and while it was the winter, it was a completely restorative, beautiful stay and one we’ll be thinking of for a very long time. The property is stunning in person and truly better than most spa retreats I’ve been to. The town was quiet and walkable which is really exactly what we needed and the facilities were brilliant (every single detail is thought through right up to the orange juicer which we used since we were there around citrus season). Nikos and Nancy are also very gracious and responsive hosts who gave us tonnes of advice regarding our trip and also went over and above to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We will be planning a trip there again in the summer for sure.

This is our second year staying at this property, which is a testament to how much we enjoy it. The house looks exactly as it does in the photos and is perched on a hill with sweeping 180 views of the sea. The property enjoys a shared pool (and we've always enjoyed getting to know the other guests) with the other property guests, who are in a separate house. A reasonably new build, the property has A/C and all modern amenities, including a dishwasher. This is a nice sized property for a family. We will come back!!

We loved our stay. The house was great for us, and the children loved the pool. We were really grateful to Adrian and his family for being so welcoming and helpful, sharing recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, taxis etc. Thanks so much!

The villa is an escape from the world in which you can enjoy a holiday without having to leave. It has a prestigious homely feel and it was a pleasure for Lena to allow us the last minute booking. It is next door to a hotel and in the evening you can hear the guests when you are in the garden, but nothing can be heard when you are inside. The first night this perturbed us but once we utilised the bar we were much more welcoming of the nightlife. Sun is in the garden and on the pool until late afternoon and the pool was so clean. The views were to die for and the beach access was perfect . Be aware the pool is deep, but my 5 and 3 year old spent the whole week in it with their arm bands. Lena recommended local restaurants and even arranged for the amazing Konstantina to cook us a proper home cooked meal for a private dining experience. Please do not miss out. Beautiful villa, well maintained and equipped! Host was helpful and on hand to assist with activities and wider advice on the area and its surroundings. Villa has a beautiful view, very peaceful and private!

Όλοι μπορούν να δημιουργήσουν μια διαμονή για airbnb. Το θέμα είναι πως ελάχιστοι συνδυάζουν τον άριστο χώρο με το προσωπικό μεράκι και ο Γιάννης είναι πραγματικά ένας από αυτούς. Το σπίτι ήταν τέλειο και πολύ καλύτερο από τις φωτογραφίες. Είναι ο ιδανικός χώρος για οικογένειες με παιδιά καθώς ο προσεγμένος με το γκαζόν τεράστιος εξωτερικός χώρος δείχνει πως ο Γιάννης δεν έχει αφήσει τίποτα στην τύχη. Ο χώρος είναι επίπεδος χωρίς σκάλες και απόλυτα ασφαλής για παιδιά. Το εσωτερικό δεν έχει έπιπλα με επικίνδυνες γωνίες και ο χώρος της κουζίνας είναι ψηλός για τα δεδομένα ενός παιδιού 3-4 ετών κ ετσι δεν υπάρχει πρόσβαση σε πιάτα ποτήρια μαχαίρια κλπ, κάνοντας την κουζίνα ασφαλέστατη. Ο Γιάννης είναι φιλικός, επικοινωνιακός και απόλυτα διακριτικός. θα σας βοηθήσει κ θα σας ενημερώσει με χαρά και δείχνει άνθρωπο που δεν κάνει αγγαρεία. Τόσο εκείνος όσο κ η σύζυγός του Λίλυ έχουν φτιάξει ένα χώρο ο οποίος ξεπερνά τις προσδοκίες κ σε κάνει να αισθάνεσαι τυχερός που τον επέλεξες
