Holiday home in the middle of the nature of the Waldviertel

A charming country house surrounded by nature in the Waldviertel region, with a beautiful view of the Ysper Valley and sunrises from the balcony. In the large, fenced-in garden with woodland, dogs also have plenty of fun and space. Just 200 metres from the house is the Puschacherteich pond, which is ideal for swimming and fishing. If you love nature, you'll find beautiful hiking and cycling trails in the area, such as the Ysperklamm Gorge or the Ostrong. Good base for trips to Maria Taferl, Melk or the Wachau, all about 25 minutes away.

Design hideaway with mountain panorama and sauna

An architecturally clean, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest and mountains – modern, stylish and deliberately minimalist. Here, you'll be surrounded by nature, enjoying maximum privacy and mountain views. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with a sweeping view over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. Deer live in the meadows, and there are chickens, bees, cats and a fish pond.

A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Scharferl

Welcome to Scharferl! Two cosy wooden cabins connected by a covered terrace. In the living cabin, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room. The separate sleeping cabin features a large double bed and a private balcony with a view of the greenery. A stream flows right by the house, with its own access. The terrace invites you to have breakfast and relax in nature. Coffee machine: Nespresso Inissia. We look forward to seeing you!

Cozy vacation home on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and a hot tub for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideal for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, completely fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with dogs. The apartment is located in the Mostviertel, Lower Austria in a settlement on the outskirts on a slope with beautiful valley-side views and forest or Alpine meadow at the back. Of particular note are our castle ruins, which are used as an event stage in the summer months. We are located right in the middle of the Mostviertel - the ideal starting point for many excursions.
