Our stay at Arshak’s place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and good view. The home was cozy and Arshak was always available to answer our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Arman’s place during our trip to Armenia. He was an exceptional host-friendly, communicative, thoughtful and very helpful. He gave us great local tips and even helped us with last-minute errands on our final day, which we truly appreciated. The property was spotless and spacious, perfect for our group of three couples. We especially loved the large living area, cozy rooms, and the pool. The quiet neighborhood made it a relaxing retreat, and though it’s 10–15 minutes from the city center, getting around with taxi app was easy. Arman was also very flexible with check-out and gave us a great rate. All in all, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in Armenia. Thank you, Arman, for your hospitality and for making our trip extra special!

Beautiful place and great attention to details. A small heaven.

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Dit huis was een oase in Erevan. Alles netjes en schoon, zeer ruime kamers, en bovenal een heerlijk zwembad! Erg leuk, in een mooie, groene tuin met fruitbomen en een grote tafel met bankjes en een buitenkeuken. Het was erg heet tijdens ons verblijf, maar zeker door het zwembad hebben we een hele fijne tijd gehad!

Super friendly, welcoming hosts. Good value for money, few steps away from the very heart of Yerevan. Maybe not the most modern house and inventory, but fine for us and relevant for the price we paid. Only downsides would be: rooms should be cleaned more often and thoroughly, river was smelling sometimes (not disturbing us, but important to know). If we come again to Yerevan, we would return for hospitality and everything that was necessary for our 1 week stay with 3 separate rooms and 2 toilets. Thanks!

Helpful and responsive Host, the place is well organized, decorated and well equipped. Would definitely recommend for a family. Nice safe and family neighbourhood. Walkable to the center with supermarkets nearby.

Appartment was as described and it matched the photos. Owner is very friendly. Location is quiet, but to rech main street with most of the shops you need to walk around 10-15min. Anyway grocery you can find close to the location. The place good value for money I recomend to everyone!

Чудовий будинок, який ідеально підійшов нашій сімʼї. Всередині є все, що необхідно для комфортного проживання: пральна машина, посудомийна машина, кондиціонери, телевізор, посуд. Нам було дуже комфортно. Єдине, чого не вистачало - це WiFi. Власник дуже ввічливий в любʼязний, відповів на всі питання.

Zara & her family were so friendly and caring. We felt homely atmosphere during our stay. It had everything as described in the photos and descriptions. Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay. They can think of providing AC in the bedroom because we visited this place in hot summer and it was hot inside the bedroom. But they quickly assisted us by providing extra fan.

Loved the apartment. Hayk and his family were very friendly. One minus- there was A LOT of mosquitoes.

Very nice and polite host, ready to help. There was clean, silent. Heating was also working so there was no problem to stay at winter. Will go back here again for sure.

Всё очень понравилось, гостеприимная хозяйка Алинэ, чистый и уютный дом с задним двориком, где можно пожарить шашлыки и посидеть в беседке. Обязательно берите с собой ключи от дома, если выходите на улицу и захлопываете дверь :) Посуды более чем достаточно, чистые полотенца и свежее постельное белье Большое спасибо Алинэ за предоставленное жильё, рекомендую!

We have no words about this place. Our stay was expetional thanks to the homeowners. They were so kind, super attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back soon.

nous avons eu une coopération très agréable avec Amalya, qui s'est montrée très sympathique et attentionnée. La petite maison est située dans une cour calme et paisible, en plein centre de la ville, ce qui est très pratique pour divers types de divertissements. C'était propre, beau, avec une agréable harmonie de couleurs. C'est une formule idéale pour deux personnes ou trois maximum. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux, nous reviendrons certainement.

Great place!

very kind and wonderful host Shagen. he had helped us a lot. we were arriving at night, but Shagen was grateful to meat us. Everything for long stay is in the house, place for work, kitchen, bathroom, dining room, 2 bedrooms and small yard. Good location: there is subway station, a lot of busses and City and a small supermarket near. we were very happy to live in this wonderful house
