5. A cosy studio near the center

Comfortable studio with everything needed to live, rest or work. Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the Yeritasardakan metro station. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens. We planned the studio and equipped it with everything guests might need.

The open-plan living area is highlighted by a sleek wooden panel that supports a mounted smart TV. A comfortable L-shaped sofa is positioned in front of the TV. An adjoining kitchen area features modern cabinetry and appliances, with natural light filtering in through an arched window.
