Excellent location! Near tons of cafes and restaurants with loads to do! Do not follow google maps (it brings you to an empty lot) and instead check carefully the detailed guidance listed on Mane’s page on how to reach the place (my bad i didn’t check that part before). Mane is a great host always available to support. Recommended stay!

A simple apartment, but in a perfect location with a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The property includes an art gallery, which adds a truly special touch. The hosts, Ruzanna and Ruben, were incredibly kind and warm-hearted – Ruzanna even cooked us the most delicious traditional dinner and gave us a personal tour of the gallery. I would absolutely recommend this place for a unique and authentic Garni experience!

The appartment has a modern interior, lighting etc. though the building is a bit old, but it was not a problem for me, calm neighborhood, excellent heating and overall amenities. If you don't care about water cutting off for 5 hours after 1:00 AM, and throwing the garbage by yourself, then it's a perfect place to spend a cozy vacation!

Armen's place was amazing! It was definitely as described. Location was very peaceful and close of city center. The apartment was very new and had all that we needed. Armen was very easy to contact and responded quickly when we had questions or needed help with something. It's a definite 5 star property and host!
