We offer an architect's studio as a private lodging. The building is decorated with architectural models of past works, many of which are actually built private houses.Please enjoy "one in the world, not for anyone, as an art house for only" you ". Also, please do not touch the architectural model. Please pay close attention, especially when bringing small children. The facility is located in the centre of Moritani City, a 7-minute bus ride (1 stop) from TX Moritani Station and a 1-minute walk from the bus stop. (* Moriya Station: 30 minutes by rapid from TX Akihabara Station) There is a shopping mall (Acros Mall) 1 minute walk from the facility, so it is very convenient for dining and shopping. Nearby are Asahi Beer Factory Super Dry Museum, Moriya Wild Bird Michi, Museum Park Ibaraki Nature Museum, and more. You can also enjoy tasting at the beer factory, so please bring it with you.

Opening November 2024. innnn higashinagasaki is a renovated house that is about 50 years old, limited to one group per day. It is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Ikebukuro station, yet you can have a relaxing stay. Even though it was my first time there, it felt nostalgic, and the friendly people in the shopping district made me feel like a local for the day. Located on the 2nd floor of the popular cafe, MIAMIA, at the entrance of the shopping street, a 2-minute walk from Higashi-Nagasaki Station, it is a private rental for an entire floor. There are also plenty of delicious shops and fun places around, in Higashi-Nagasaki, a town where you can see people's faces. Please have a relaxing time at this inn where you can feel the buzz of the city. Also, it is about 15 minutes to Shinjuku and about 30 minutes to Tokyo Station and Ginza Station, making it an ideal base for travel.

We will pick you up and drop you off by car to the nearest station, nearby shops, etc. It is fully stocked with kitchen utensils, so you can rest assured for longer stays. Limited to 5 people per group, but we can accommodate up to 8 people. The nearest station is a 10-minute walk away, but we will pick you up free of charge by car to the station where you can take the express train to Tokyo Station and Narita Airport Station.

We renovated a traditional Japanese house that was formerly a teahouse for Airbnb. The architect is Saeko Yamada. Although it is a small space of about 10 tatami, it is a historic house wrapped in soft and colorful light, and we hope you will have an experience that sharpens your senses. It is located in a quiet residential area, so it can only be used by those who follow the house rules. * As a general rule, this building does not allow visitors other than guests. * We renovated an old Japanese-style house, which used to be a tea room, for use on Airbnb. The architect was Suzuko Yamada. * As a rule, this building is not open to non-guests. *
