Fantastic stay in Asakusa! Comfortable apartment in a wonderful neighborhood with many options for sampling local cuisine and easily walkable to transportation. The hosts are very responsive and provide many area recommendations and informative travel guides for Greater Tokyo and beyond. The taxi was also a plus! Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

We got room 502 for most of our nights in Tokyo and it felt like home. The room is bigger than Tokyo’s usual room sizes. All basic necessities included with iron and washing machine/dryer in room so very convenient. Train stations about 10min walk from the accommodation, bus stop and nearest 711 is about a minute away. Room is very clean and host is very accommodating/responsive. Will come back to this place in Tokyo ❤️

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

When me & my friends saw this place we instantly love the aesthetic it felt like Vouge/aesop/archidigest. Such a beautiful space traditionally with a morden touch! Beds were comfy,kitchen was great & the tatami experience. Washing machine was really handy too! Private, quiet apartment accessible to few train stations. Walking distance & easy to get to Disneyland too! Nice cityside not too far from tourist attractions🥰 felt locally right at home! Easily able to get good food at night as well. We had a wonderful stay at the penthouse. It was very urban and sleek atmosphere with a view of a skyline. The host was very communicative and kind. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Yoko's place. Close to both subway and train stations. Very safe neighborhood even as we walked home at 11pm thru the back alley. We had little issue with locating the address but it is due to us not being familiar with Japan. Yoko responded right away when I messaged her and it was a smooth sailing after that. We would definitely rent her place in the future.

There may not be a better place for value-minded families who still want a nice space! The hosts made our stay special by offering local suggestions and providing outstanding communication. I can’t say enough good things! The rail station is close enough to hop on and take to the next station over which includes options for both airport and Tokyo access. There are a variety of good places to eat and convenience/grocery stores for basic needs. A small park is walking distance as well. The space is very comfortable and was a welcome sight returning from trips around the city, and we felt refreshed after each morning. Lots of kitchen equipment for coffee and tea with all the pans and appliances needed for a longer stay. Don’t hesitate to reserve this one early, it was worth everything we paid and more!

It’s a great spot for anyone enjoying Tokyo. The sushi restaurant was a real treat. Incredibly clean, very comfortable, and our hosts were super responsive. Would stay again.

Basically no shortcomings, fully equipped, the host responds quickly and is friendly!There is absolutely no noise ~ I will still want to stay next time ~~ It is recommended that passengers driving a 7-seater car drive carefully because the road in front of the door is very narrow

Great location in quiet neighborhood that was walkable to many places. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the place. Our only minor complaint was the narrow stairway to the unit. Every else was great!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The clear instructions provided made check-in a breeze, and I was welcomed by a friendly staff member who kindly assisted me with my luggage. The place was impeccably clean, equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It was pleasantly quiet, and just a 5-minute walk to the subway station.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great place and quiet neighbourhood Nearest station is like 5 minutes on foot and about 20-30 minutes for shinjuku so you don’t have to travel a lot to get to the center of Tokyo Kota is very responsive and helpful Definitely recommend

This was such a good place to stay in for me and my friend! The location was great and just a short walk from the train station. There was plenty to do in the ikebukero are and lots to do after taking the train to other places. Place was nice and clean and the owner was very responsive! Overall great place

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️
