We enjoyed this house very much. It has everything you need and the location was great. Everything was in great condition. I enjoyed the location of the house as it’s in a very safe area and walkable to the main streets where you will find many options of restaurants and shops. The host was prompt to respond.

The house is very clean in every way, the facilities are very comfortable and Juan Carlos was very attentive at all times. The only drawback was that we visited the Huasteca in very hot weather and the apartment downstairs had A/C. Everything else was highly recommended...

What I must rule out is the timely and very efficient communication with Laura, at all times she is available to answer questions or any particular matter, the apartment is very nice, comfortable beds and everything working very well. Thank you for everything. The only constructive observation would be: to supervise the cleaning since there was a little trash under the bed, as well as the refrigerator, a little dirty, but nothing critical.

the place is central! the rooms are clean and tidy; in general the stay was comfortable... maybe because of the season we went it was quite hot outside and inside it was quite stuffy... but the air conditioning helped a lot.

Norma is an excellent host, friendly, pleasant, good conversation, when we went to the pool, she invited us to the food she was eating. We really liked the stay because even though it was very hot, 47°, the house felt very pleasant because of the air conditioning and the fan. of course we'll be back, we feel at home. The location is ideal for getting around both downtown and outings for the waterfalls. Eduardo gives you the confidence to enter and leave his property without having the one to attend, more always is on the slope for whatever you need. it's very welcoming and spacious. super recommended

Very good attention from the host, there was communication at all times and he cared about our comfort. It has everything you need to rest after a day of adventure.

It was a very good stay, I recommend it. Very friendly service, answer all messages right away, the apartment is better than it is appreciated in the photos, it is spacious, it has a dining area (2 tables with its chairs) and kitchen (stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes and 2 complimentary waters) and balcony, both rooms with new air conditioning, 1 hab with smart TV and Netflix, the beds are super comfortable, the whole apartment is very clean, well lit, very good WiFi signal, the bathroom is in 4 sections (1 shower piece, 2 for bathtub rate, 1 for sinks, 1 for sinks, they are girls but they are fine, everything very clean), the location loved me very much, 1 block to pharmacy guadalajara, 2 a oxxo, 2 a few rich and economical tacos (Google maps: taquerias cabrera), 1 in potion and sushi. I'd be happy to come back.

I had already had the opportunity to stay with Rubén in 2020 and it was an excellent experience. Back then the facilities of Rubén loved it and it was for that reason that we decided to return and stay with him again and we could not have made a better choice.
