Tutto come da aspettative! Appartamentino grazioso, accogliente e sicuramente caratteristico. Gli spazi erano puliti e curati e l’host molto gentile e flessibile. La posizione dell’alloggio è ottima poiché, nonostante la cittadina sia arroccata, si raggiunge facilmente dopo un’unica salita. Ovviamente lo consiglieremmo a chi è disposto a salire e scendere scale ripide e ad adattarsi agli spazi tipici delle case antiche, che sono affascinanti e pieni di storia. Grazie Cloudia!

Wow! This is probably the best airbnb we have stayed in. Antonella was an amazing host and the Airbnb itself is beautiful as well as the absolutely stunning views from the balcony/terrace. Everything we wanted to do was a short walking distance away and there was plenty of amenities in the Airbnb which enhanced the stay, including the moka pot which we used to make coffee to go with the cake that Antonella had kindly left us. We visited Matera for our anniversary and had an unforgettable time in this Airbnb right in the heart of the Sassi. Grazie Antonella!

We had an incredible stay at Giovanna's place. It is located a few footsteps from an amazing view of the Sassi di Matera. Truly magical every time we stepped outside and easy access to walk down further and deeper. It is a traditional cave type dwelling however it is very clean and comfortable with 2 bathrooms with nice showers and a comfortable large bed. It has a decent kitchen for self-catering and a small table with chairs outside to enjoy some wine in the evening. It was nice and cool inside during the day when we were experiencing 30+ temperatures. Giovanna was a great communicator and was swift to reply to messages and generally easy-going. Thank you for a great stay

Patrizia’s place was amazing. We took the time to sit out in the stairs and enjoy a “home” made meal while watching the Sassi light up and it was amazing. There’s plenty to see around and a good wine bar a couple minutes below. Patrizia was very responsive and helped us get a taxi as it was raining when we left. Thanks again for everything!

Abbiamo passato una vacanza piacevole in un posto magnifico. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, forse per la prima volta non abbiamo provato il disagio di viaggiare con la nostra cagnolina perché Isabella non ci ha mai fatto sentire come se le dovessimo essere grati per questo, per lei era più che naturale accogliere una coppia con un animale domestico. La nostra cagnolina aveva il posto dove correre libera visto che l'appartamento fa parte di una casa immersa tra gli olivi e gli aranci. Isabella è stata una padrona di casa molto gentile ed accogliente, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare, con nostra piacevole sorpresa del pane fresco, pomodorini ed olio di sua produzione. Una sera, rientrando a casa, ci ha fatto trovare degli asciugamani puliti (nonostante non fosse assolutamente tenuta) e dei biscottini. Che altro dire poi, quel terrazzo e quella vista parlano da soli. Mattinata è un luogo strategico per visitare il Gargano, soprattutto perché le spiagge più belle si trovano lì.

Well where to start. Francesco is a great host, very patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. His personal generosity went a long way to help make our stay in Matera memorable. It was hot and staying in a cave and a luxury one at that provided both respite and comfort. It was an experience we will remember for a long time. The terrace is a massive bonus, great place to sit, have breakfast or chill with glass of wine. There is always a part of the terrace in shade. Thank you very much Francesco.

Die optimale Unterkunft für zwei, für ein paar Tage in diesem wunderbaren Städtchen! Es ist klein aber super eingeteilt. Alles super sauber. Die Lage ist genial. Nur ein paar Schritte von der Fußgängerzone entfernt aber trotzdem weg vom Trubel. Und Vito ist ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber. Vielen Dank nochmal!

Wonderful stay! Ilario met us in the street to make sure we were parked in the right spot. He took us in and explained the construction of the home, which was very interesting. He provided us with a map and recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Great location. Walkable to many of the sites and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Superbe séjour chez Rosanna. Ses parents ont été très accueillants et réactifs. Emplacement magnifique au cœur d’un jardin très bien entretenu. Nous avons apprécié prendre les vélos pour faire une balade dans les environs et toutes les commodités pour bébé (chaise haute, bassinette, bain). Grazie mille!

le chemin pour y accéder n'est pas évident mais quand on arrive devant le trulli on sait pourquoi c'est si isolé. nous avons été accueillit par Bianca qui nous a fait la visite en italien. ça ajoute un charme dans cette immersion rapide dans les pouilles. la maison est conforme aux descriptions c'est un joyau de la région. malgré quelques travaux un peu dérangeant des voisins. c'est le calme pour se ressourcer pleinement avec une vue l'air et le soleil.

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Excellent accueil d’Angela dans un environnement magnifique et tranquille. Très joli trullo, grande pièce pour dormir avec lit confortable. Magnifique piscine presque privative. Aménagement extérieur soigné. Encore un grand merci à Angela et son mari pour notre séjour dans les Pouilles

Nous avons passé un fantastique séjour. Cristina nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Elle nous a donné beaucoup d'informations de base et a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Cristina est une hôte incroyable et solaire. La maison est superbe à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%.

We loved our stay at Trullo Perla Greta. Silvana and her local house manager Francesca were very responsive and communicative, meeting us in town, showing us the grocery store and helping us get settled in. The gated Villa is about 2 miles outside of charming Alberobello, and served as a base to explore the towns of Puglia by car. The three bedrooms (access to one is a private entrance) are well appointed with luxurious linens. We had bikes delivered, but note that a portion of the road is unpaved. The outside pool and lounge area were stunning, providing both sun and shade options. At night, the outside lighting is magical for dining and socializing. The pool helped us cool off after sightseeing!! A highlight was having a chef come to teach us how to make homemade orecchiette. If you are looking for an authentic stay in Puglia, look no further! Thank you Silvana and Francesca for making everything seamless!

Notre séjour chez Maria à l’occasion de mon anniversaire s’est parfaitement déroulé. L’hébergement et l’environnement sont magnifiques mais c’est surtout Maria qui a fait la différence en répondant à toutes nos demandes avec le sourire afin que tout soit parfait. Les prestations de restauration ont été très appréciées de tous, y compris de ceux qui avaient des intolérances. Un immense merci, je recommande à 100% !

Die Unterkunft und Lage waren noch besser als wir es erwartet hatten. Der Pajare liegt neben Todds Haus auf einem riesigen Grundstück in leichter Hanglage, so dass man von der Terasse oder noch besser, vom Dach des Pajare das Meer sehen kann. Es ist ein ruhiges entspanntes Leben mitten in der Natur. Die Tiere (eine Katze, ein Gecko und viele Eidechsen) haben wir richtig lieb gewonnen. Wir hatten das Grundstück ganz für uns alleine, da Todd noch nicht da war. Aber er war immer erreichbar und gab uns viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Vor Ort kümmert sich Michele um alles. Er hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt und uns einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Orte sind noch sehr authentisch. Der letzte Weg zum Grundstück ist nur ein schmaler Feldweg, wir waren zunächst unsicher, ob wir dort richtig sind. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Trullamare ist ein sehr hübsches Häuschen mit großem Garten und Pool und liegt direkt am Meer. Da es die ganze Woche sehr windig war und die Wellen recht hoch waren konnten wir den Strand zum Baden leider nicht benützen. Es gibt einen Spazierweg oberhalb des felsigen Strandes den wir mit unseren beiden Hunden gegangen sind und auch im Meer konnten sie baden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Zufahrt ist sehr schmal und etwas abenteuerlich. In der Wochenmitte wurde das Haus geputzt und die Handtücher getauscht. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Trullamare. Sehr zu empfehlen aber hochpreisig.

It was such a pleasure to spend a few days at this hidden gem, hosted by Emanuele, his wife Laura, sister Giulia, and parents Simonetta and Tomasso, all of whom made us feel right at home. We were spoiled by the daily breakfasts they prepared, and Emanuele provided many great local recommendations for us. The pool and surroundings are so peaceful, and the room was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to explore Salento from, or for more generous and welcoming hosts!

Wir haben uns in Martas Apartment total wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war großartig. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön mit tollen Bademöglichkeiten. Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch in Martas Olivenölmühle. Auf unserer Reise durch Süditalien war Martas Apartment das Highlight.

Alexia's place was even more beautiful than the photos. It was so quiet and peaceful, it was lovely. Every room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, beautiful rainfall shower, everything you need in the kitchen. I stayed here on my own and felt really comfortable and safe with the private gate. Alexia was always quick to respond if I needed anything. Ostuni is 5-10 walk away, it's just one straight road into the town. There's a petrol station right round the corner and there was always a space to park outside the house. Great stay. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Walter’s place. He was all the time responsive and friendly to us. We loved the apartment. It was a lovely get away for us. Carmen was also very kind. We hope we would return soon. Unforgettable memories for us.

Magnifique appartement. À cette saison cet Airbnb coche toutes les cases. C’est un vrai paradis. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable. Impossible de manque le lever du soleil sur la mer. L’accès à la mer est un peu sportif et nécessite des chaussures appropriées, comme recommandées par Livia. Mais le plaisir est intense. La petite plage d’Acqua Viva un peu plus loin est fort prisée mais absolument fabuleuse. Les recommandations de restaurants alentours nous ont bien servi. Nous avons utilisé cette adresse pour rayonner dans tous le Salento. Les hôtes de l’appartement du dessous étaient charmants et calmes. Nous recommandons vivement.

Antonello and his family went above and beyond for me and my guests during our stay. Angela was an amazing employee and I wish I could have an Angela for everywhere I go. The villa is magical and truly indescribable. You have to be there to experience it. The views are breathtaking and the village is quiet and precious.
